Ordered 62$ of food through Uber eats, the food was alright and it came to us fast however it was completely cold, and we had missing food, we know the Uber driver didn’t take the food because it happen to be our friend that deliverd it. And the 4$ salad is super small, like a child sized handful small. We are missing our order of fries and corn nuggets.

This is inside of a gas station, with a Mexican restaurant literally next to it and both restaurants share seating spaces. The was only One(1) worker in the Golden Chick! When questioned, he confirmed that he was the cook, ran the drive through, ran the inside register, and served the food. He had a good attitude and got the food out fairly quick. I order the catfish dinner combo. Two pieces of catfish (small filets) one side(Cole slaw), a dinner roll, and drink for a little less than $10. The catfish though a small quantity, was good, Cole slaw a little too sweet. My companions said their chicken tenders were good. I’ll give props to the lone employee trying his best to run a whole restaurant.

Looks like management changed about a year ago. Before it was like any other restaurant. NOW the guy or guys behind the counter look like they haven’t washed there hands or any thing that lives behind the counter. Nasty. I would expect this type of service in a 3rd world country but wait we’re in America. But the service/ conditions at this location have gone way down hill. Hopefully management changes soon. I used to eat here for lunch at least one a week. I’m been trying to go back. It’s worse each time I go in.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Me and my family were staying at WinStar for the weekend and decided to eat something different so we decided to go to this location. When we get there the worker is leaning on the counter blasting videos on his phone and so we decide to order and when we get our order taken then he tells us to get sodas from the fountain machine across the other side from the gas station. My daughter decides to get sweet tea and when she approaches the tea it’s surrounded by fruit flies. All the tables were dirty, my wife then sees the same cashier in the kitchen making our food and then gets his fingers dirty with mash potatoes so he decides to lick his fingers clean and continues to serve our food. I was disgusted so I confronted the man about his poor sanitary and ask him to give me a refund and cancel order! We will never be back to this location again! Save yourself the time and disappointment and go somewhere else

Been coming here for a while to pick up food for my elderly relatives. . Today the green beans were sour/spoiled and the dark meat was raw in the 8 piece I picked up. Told them to give it to me and I’d return it. The last thing I want is for my grandma to get food poisoning because of chicken I brought her.Went to return and the guy I’ve never seen before said that’s because it’s not under the lamp is because it’s raw which brings me to wonder if they know they have to fully cook chicken before warming it? Didn’t give me a refund or anything on this cold raw chicken. Not going back. has to be new ownership. It used to not be like this at all. I’m just glad we didn’t eat it and got food poisoning.

This location is awesome!! The manager has to be the nicest person ever. The food is always prepared perfectly. The roasted chicken is always cooked to perfection. Fried okra is great. I eat here often and I never have a problem.

I ordered on the Golden Chick app and when I got there to pick up my order the place was already closed early. This was frustrating for obvious reasons, but the 1 star is due to the fact that I was CHARGED for the food a few days later. Food that I was never able to get because your establishment was closed well before your posted hours. I came to the store to let them know and was told to call corporate. I called corporate and they took all my info and told me that the owner from the store would be calling me to resolve the issue. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard back and I’m still not refunded for the chicken that I never got. AND NOW I CANT EVEN GET AHOLD OF CORPORATE. PLEASE REFUND ME!

We enjoy Golden Chick for lunch. The food is hot and the quality is always good. I like the roasted chicken especially and the fried okra or macaroni and cheese are favorites. Plus you get a roll with butter and honey if you like!!! Special thanks to the manager! This is located in a travel area so it is great for travelers, especially those going north

I ordered delivery on the app at 8:16 pm at to have my food delivered app said food would be delivered at 8:55 pm. At 9:43 pm I get a neighbor to go find out what happened to my delivery that at this point the app shows it’s delivered. Yet at 9:43 pm my neighbor calls me at store to tell me the store doesn’t offer delivery yet the order was placed and paid and I received a notification from Uber saying they where having it delivered through them. An hour later almost and the store close at 10pm. Why wasn’t I notified they didn’t delivery he received the order and knew he couldn’t delivery.
