I love eating in this little shop! The employees are so nice and pleasant. They make the best chicken bacon ranch sub with all fresh ingredients. It’s my personal favorite. The drive-thru makes it convenient for lunch breaks and the elderly.

This is the friendliest resturaunt I have ever been in. I have had the opportunity to eat here 3-4 times while visiting family. Columbus Ohio has some great places to eat, but the quality of the food and service here outshines anything else I’ve experienced. Best if the situation involved poor attitude, delays, or refusal to correct an error.
I was disappointed with how my recent order was handled. Not only was there an issue with the order itself, but the way it was addressed afterward showed a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to correct mistakes. This experience fell short of that standard. I hope the restaurant reflects on how situations like this are managed, as better handling could greatly improve trust and customer experience.

We’re fans of Best Way Pizza and have visited many of their restaurants. Service is always good, but the staff at Huntingdon was amazing. Mark was incredibly cheerful, helpful, and kind. To quote my wife “Food just tastes better when the staff is as nice as that!” The shady picnic tables outside made takeout an easy choice.

Best way is my favorite pizza place but this location does not deserve to have the name on their building. 3 visits in a row with orders made wrong and this order was not even edible. I’ve had enough. I’ll stick to Duncansville location from now on.

Notice how the dye from the wrapper has impregnated the sandwich? And the toppings that weren’t ordered? And the cheese is on only one half of the sandwich and the little bit on the other half isn’t even fully melted? This is nasty. Just Nasty nasty nasty.

This is not the “best way” to eat pizza. It’s square cut, and cheap, but tastes lousy. It wasn’t cut well so everything fell apart while grabbing a slice. Fries might have been good, but they were mushy and undercooked. The drive-thru experience was nice and took about 10 minutes.

We got two medium pizzas and a 2 liter for 25 bucks. Enjoyed it outside at one of the tables with red umbrellas. Pizza was delicious and the staff was super friendly and accommodating

I had one cut (very good), a drink, and One of the best cheesesteaks I have ever eaten for around 15 bucks. All the ingredients were super fresh and delicious. I will definitely be eating here again. The staff was very nice and engaging. Food was served extremely fast as well.
