Five stars for the pizza preparer. The man was a absolute surgeon with the red sauce—cool, calm, and collected. It’s rare to find someone that chill who also cares that much about the symmetry of a Cowboy pizza. Give that man a raise; he’s carrying the team one perfectly placed olive at a time.

We’ve been going to one of the other chains for quite some time, but the Double Pepperoni with hot honey got me. Super easy to order, pickup was a breeze…no waiting in line, just waltz in and out. Employees were friendly and made you feel welcome. The pizza itself? Excellent. It was just as good the next day.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza that clearly didn’t call for bacon but the guy making it purposefully put it on there . When I went back he had the audacity to say oh sundried tomatoes look like bacon . What made the experience worse was the manager Zara didn’t even apologize.

I placed an order with this location for one gluten free pizza for myself (I have a gluten intolerance) and a non gf pizza for my partner.
This was after I had tried to place the same order at the Lake Forest Park location. the LFP location called me to let me know they were out of gluten free crust, and that they’d refund the order for me (as of this writing they have not, I will review their location separately).
This Edmonds location did not call me, but informed me that they did not have any gluten free crust when I came to pick the order up. They also told me they would refund the order then next day as well as call me.
They also have yet to refund the order or contact me, and it’s been about a week and a half since. I have tried to go through Papa Murphy’s online support, who assured me they would get the stores to refund me in 3-5 business days, I have yet to receive a refund or contact.
The food here is fine and I don’t blame the location for running out of something, but I absolutely will not order again knowing that it’s so hard to get refunded in the event that there’s something wrong with the order.
UPDATE: I did finally receive a refund from the store as well as a text from one of the staff apologizing. Glad to see this resolved.

I’ve been coming here since the first franchisee rented this space. There have been a few bad owners since then. This current crew is great. I assume the owner is new and they are paying for quality staff.
If however this is the old cheap owner, and you are reading this, your staff is top notch, pay them!
