Upon entering the parking lot the store appears quite large but when you walk in the customer area is very small and feels crammed together. Had to wait in line to order at a kiosk because nobody was stationed or visible from the traditional order point. After ordering we waited approximately 15 minutes for two burgers and some fries.
Couldn’t be more disappointed with how the food came out, there were fresh fries put on top to make them all seem hot but as you went through I found both old and barely cooked fries loaded throughout, I will say they listened well to the customization on the burgers but I didn’t know some assembly was required to eat my meal. The one staff person we saw and interacted with was pleasant. Overall a terrible experience especially for how new the location is.

Ordered a happy meal and mcchicken in the app for my daughter and i. got home and the fries were salted (she can’t have salt), no apples, wrong toy and sauce. the mcchicken wasn’t even wrapped correctly and just all over the bag. i always have issues with this mcdonald’s and it’s the worst one i’ve been to. go to the one on west pierce

Normally i do not give out 1 star reviews. In my opinion the place basically has to be on fire when visiting to earn only 1 star. However, the audacity of this place is ridiculous. Who in their right mind would see my order (a mobile order in which you have basically unlimited time to fulfill) for a delicious succulent McGriddle and instead give me the worlds nastiest driest Biscuit. This should be a felony. In my past life this biscuit would have been returned in an impolite manner. Get it together because NO im not driving all the way back there. I tried to be mature about it and took a bite. It broke part of my tooth off. Ill just watch my family eat breakfast while I sit here with a yellow brickette covered in bacon. It was expensive too! I paid like 6 bucks for a sandwich I did not get to eat. No choice to refund on the app.

Drive thru order went fine. Paid the kid at first window. He took my payment then closed the window…no receipt. Guy at 2nd window gave me my drink then asked me to pull up to 3rd window. Sat there for 15 minutes. Drove around and went inside. Stood at the pointless counter for another 5 minutes while the manager walked back and forth trying her hardest not to look at me and the other gentleman standing at the counter. Finally some younger girl (very nice) came up to take care of us. She went and got my order and apologized. My review is also based on the inside experience of new McDonalds. It’s horrible. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because The fries were fresh.

I ordered a few things at the keosk inside the store (such as a hot honey bacon chicken sandwich) got everything I ordered but the chicken sandwich was not a chicken sandwich but a burger patty instead took a few bites cause I was hungry and it’s not very good. Food was hot and tasted just fine.. problem was , the inside of the restaurant. It’s small, which is fine because there were no customers. So if no customers, and this is a newer location- why is this place so filthy? Not a clean table to sit down at, the floors were disgusting, etc.
If you don’t use the app, good luck getting any service. Oh, and no fountain drink station, so when you need a refill you have to wait 10 minutes for an employee to hopefully spot you at the counter.
Just a bad setup and a dirty restaurant. I won’t return.

This is consistently the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. I have waited an 1 for my food, 30 minutes, and tonight 40 minutes. Always double check you food, I waited 40 minutes just to get an order that had things incorrect. Going inside, you can wait 5-10 minutes before someone talks to you at the counter. The food I got tonight was cold, they often will put an absurd amount of lettuce or pickles on the burgers. I’d honestly just go to a different location, it’ll most definitely be a faster experience.

EDIT: The hours have been mostly updated to reflect the current hours of operation except for Sunday. Sunday is still showing slightly off the appropriate hours. Show some effort to adjust time I am updating my review accordingly.
When I went through the drive through, the food was good, fries seemed to have been sitting for a hot moment but were warm.
The manager needs to update hours to this place and McDonald’s corporate should really get involved to turn this place around…. Posting you are 24 hours and making it impossible to change it on google is absurd…

I won’t go back here again. McDonald’s is mediocre at best and this one makes it all the worse. I ordered two double cheeseburger meals with nuggets. They gave me two double cheeseburgers and two buns with cheese and tomatoes on them. Then when I called the guy tried to tell me that somebody actually ordered that and my order got switched with someone else’s. I asked if they were high while they were making the order and he said he didn’t smoke weed….. Well that says it all. Dropped on your head as a baby much?… I’d say much too much.
