Reviews
Drive through and lobby stacked up because the incompetent franchisee only staffs one person on a busy weekend.
I arrived 15 minutes before closing to order two simple sandwiches. Rather than greeting us or acknowledging our presence, Adrian had us wait for 10 minutes while he made sandwiches for other customers. After that, instead of taking our order, he told us we should go to a different Subway location because he didn’t have time to make two sandwiches. Completely unprofessional.
Eventually, after some pushback, Adrian reluctantly agreed to make both sandwiches—but not without a visibly bad attitude and zero courtesy. It was clear he just wanted to leave early and had no interest in doing his job properly.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this kind of service should not be acceptable. If employees like Adrian can’t handle basic customer service, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. I’d also like to add that the 2 sandwiches he made were extremely messy and sloppy.
Do better, Subway—your customers deserve respect no matter what time they walk in the door.
