I don’t understand how no one is talking about how amazing this place is. The food, atmosphere, and staff are awesome. The burgers are delicious and very unique, the menu isn’t limited to just burgers too they have so many options but you definitely need to try the sunrise burger. We got the sunrise and the joint burger with some fries. Both were absolutely amazing and we’ll definitely come back for more!

A breezy, cheesy, place! The atmospheres of this place is awesome! You can sit inside or outside and feel the nice breeze. The windows are like garage doors and very open. You get good lighting and its vibrant!
The burgers here ste flavorful and the cheese over your fries and burger is so cheesy and good!

This place is a true hidden gem! It’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! The decor is super cute, with fun graphics all over the walls, a bar area for longer stopovers, and really well-made food with quality ingredients. If you’re in the area and MUST experience, and if you’re not, it’s still worth making the trip. It’s definitely off the beaten path, but it will be well worth the visit. My daughter and I stopped here by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. 5 stars across the board.

Had lunch here yesterday and it was pretty solid. The burger I got was cooked just right and the bun was soft, nothing too fancy but tasty. Fries were warm and crispy, not greasy at all. Service was friendly, though a little slow since it was kinda busy. The place has a nice casual vibe, good for a quick bite or chill meal with friends. Prices felt fair for what you get. I’d probably come back if I’m in the area again.

Came in today, we love a great quality smash burger . I ordered the Star and Stripes Burger , my boyfriend ordered the Crispy Bird, and Cali Burger and 1/2 fries/ 1/2 onion rings and let me say it did not disappoint . The restaurant was super clean , the owner was so friendly and accommodating. All the burgers were delicious , and we are definitely coming back. It was well worth it , we love that it’s close to Scripps Ranch , the breweries near by and just overall impressed. We liked that they offered something for everyone.

So good and exceeded all our expectations! We got the Stars and Stripes, The Joint burger, the Cali, fries, onion rings and shakes and rolled ourselves out because we could not stop eating. The owner is wonderful and took great care of us. He made sure everything was executed perfectly. The ingredients are fresh and handled with care. This is now our family’s favorite burger joint.

I kept seeing this place on my drive, so for lunch today, I decided to give it a try. It was around 1 p.m., and there wasn’t much of a wait, but there were still a good number of people there. I had looked at the menu ahead of time and knew what I wanted to order. I chose a double joint burger, along with a small half fries and half onion rings. The total was around $20, which seemed reasonable for what I got. They gave me a number, and I went to my seat. It didn’t take too long for my order to arrive at my table.
The food looked delicious. I grabbed the bottle of ketchup on the table and added it to my fries. I decided to get ranch for the onion rings, so I went to the counter and asked for it. They informed me there would be an additional charge of $1.35. Although I was a bit taken aback by the price, I assumed it would be a substantial amount. While the cashier was getting the ranch from the back, I looked over the menu again and found no mention of an additional charge for ranch. When she returned, she gave me the smallest amount of ranch I had ever seen, especially for $1.35. I asked, in disbelief, if this was really the amount you get for $1.35.
She confirmed that was indeed the price and offered a larger portion for $3. I pointed out that this charge was not listed on the menu and questioned the small quantity. She then handed me another small container and said I could have another one if needed, but that was the price.
As for the food, the fries and onion rings were amazing—I couldn’t get enough. The burger was good too, flavorful, but a bit overcooked. I understand it’s a smash burger, but it was a bit dry; most of the moisture came from the sauce they added.
Overall, I might come back, but I’ll bring my own ranch next time.

Wanted to try a new burger spot and saw online this spot recently opened. If you love smash burgers you got to come. Me and my buddy came here and we each started off with some beers. Then each got some joint fries to start things off. Very yummy. Now to the burgers, we got the rodeo burgers to start things off and split it in half. Double burger with bacon and onion rings and bbq sauce. We got a chicken sandwich we shared which was as well. My favorite was the joint burger and I made it a triple patty ! Juicy !!!! We finished with each a milkshake! Can’t wait to come back ! The restaurant was clean and customer service was great which is always a plus!

Burger Joint absolutely delivers. The nachos were loaded and insanely good, the naked burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the crispy chicken sandwich was next level, crunchy on the outside, tender and seasoned just right on the inside.
Everything tasted fresh, portions were generous, and you can tell they care about quality. If you’re in San Diego and craving a solid burger or chicken sandwich, this place is a no-brainer. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!
