My only complaint: couldn’t wash my hands. Restroom occupied. One-person bathroom. Had to get the code from the girl at the counter in the first place. Got my food. Ate. Went to wash my hands. Dude still in there. Dropping a monster deuce, I guess. C’mon. Have bathrooms that can be used by more than one constipated person.
Food was consistent and great like all the other Firehouse places I’ve been. I keep getting the Hook & Ladder because it’s awesome and delicious. That is how it was today. I enjoyed it and I like the pickle spear they always give you with your sandwich.

Honestly I appreciate the “love” the sandwich maker put into this sandwich. Firehouse has a recent if being sloppy but this sub was made perfectly. They evenly spread the meat and veggies out. I also asked for “less bread” and it was gutted perfectly. Restaurant looks very bright and clean.

The service I received was top notch, the store was very clean. The only downside was the soda machine was out of a lot of options, so I ended up with a drink I really didn’t want.
The prices for the sandwiches (in my opinion) are on the higher side for what you actually get.

I’ve been to this location about 20-30 times, at least. Not only is the food consistently good, but the service and hospitality is always top notch. Even with a different crew than I’m used to, everyone is friendly and ready to provide service. It’s a clean environment where I feel more than comfortable dining in regularly, which can’t be said for a lot of places on Richmond highway. In all the times I’ve been here, today was the first time they messed up my order. They left the bacon off of my turkey bacon ranch – however before I could even get up to inquire about the mistake, an employee approached me with a couple strips of bacon wrapped in foil and apologized. 10/10, as a former sub shop employee I love this place.
