If any locals are looking for a place to support during our current assault, Michelandia is a great place to go. It’s located along the river off Concord in South St Paul.
On any given day I am sure this place would be packed with locals, but given the current atmosphere…
We ordered Margaritas, chips and 2 entres and it was under $70. Drinks = A+. Food A+.
I had the Tampiquena and my partner the Chimichanga. Both were delicious. Plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
Our Margaritas were huge. Took the whole meal to finish it. We even got carded for our drinks. Score!
There are 3 pages of seafood plates and lots of grilled platters. We will have to brng a big group to try out the rest.
Very highly recommended.
They have a nice patio overlooking the river. It will be fun to try when things green up.

This place is great. Food was amazing and the service was even better. Right away you are greeted with a happy atmosphere and a friendly smile. Above and beyond my expectations. Came here for a birthday dinner, everything we tried was amazing. We are always looking for new places around the area to explore and we will definitely be back to this one! My daughter watched the river and trains go by as we ate! It was really nice to see what they have done to the place too! New bright makeover is so welcoming!

Service was fantastic. Serving sizes were ample. I had the shrimp tacos and so good. Can’t wait to go back and get the tilapia. It looked great and smelled better. Drinks are reasonably priced!
