The employees are working hard. You see the team work in the back, they’re all relatively new, they’re all communicating and working well with each other. They’re calm, pleasant and they made the food very well. Way better than the Taco Bell down in Southport. My 4th time here. They’re great.

We placed a mobile order for pickup, and drove 15 minutes here. We then waited at the window for about 20 minutes. When that was brought to their attention, the drive thru worker said “18 minutes and 54 seconds.” Our Nacho fries were dumped into our bag.
The only good thing is that all of our food was there.

I really wanted this one to be better than the other TB we have in my area. But it’s almost like they moved staff from one to another. A guy in front of me ordered online and whatever he ordered was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago, then he waited another 10 minutes for it. There is a guy that was also here before I got here waiting for his food. My wife and I bought 2 burritos and a soft taco, and a drink! We waited almost 25 minutes for them. This one is only a few blocks from my house and I really wanted it to be better. Only stop by if you have time to wait. As I was leaving staff started arguing over 1 going on break.

My father and I got food from them once before and it was good minus the cabbage and veggies. But when my father went tonight to get dinner the there they got the order wrong my dad didn’t want veggies and wanted chicken and instead we still had veggies and definitely didn’t have chicken. My father already stated to me he won’t go there again to spend almost $50 on dinner.

Food was as expected for Taco Bell. The girl at the counter was over being there and was kind of rude. I had to ask 3 times for forgotten items in my order. The strawberry passion fruit refresca was delicious. I do not recommend.

Have ordered a few times and this last time I placed an order for pick up nobody talks to me when I come in I grabbed my order get home one of the burritos I ordered is missing. I come back talk to the lady in the front explained the situation she grabs someone else, I explain to them the situation she says oh we’re out of sausage we’ll refund you I ask if I could substitute the sausage for bacon she says I gotta get a manager. Manager comes up I explain the situation ask her the same thing she says oh we have sausage we can make it. She makes it it’s missing the potatoes the cheese the hash browns were burnt to the point where we couldn’t eat it. It’s a shame we’ve ordered here before and had no issues.
