Went inside from the drive-thru because I ordered a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. I thought maybe they forgot the chocolate? I was rudely informed that chocolate was indeed in there. I had to squint to see the small amounts of “trace chocolate,” I stated. I thought there was very little chocolate, if any. She looked at me like I was in the wrong for questioning the product. I was considering emptying the large blizzard on the counter to inspect the contents. However, after many sad spoonfuls after spoonful of ice cream and strawberries, we finally discovered the “chunks” of chocolate. By this time, there was no joy to be had with the melted remnants of the most disappointing blizzard I have had the misfortune of receiving. At almost $7.00 for a large Blizzard, I would think there is enough profit margin for an adequate amount of chocolate. I wasn’t asking for anything more or extra. If you want a blizzard that sucks with service to match, this is your place !

So far, out of the 30 or so times I’ve been here I’ve not had a bad experience. Quick wait times, Ice cream has been delicious and not melted quick. Mix-ins abounding. Dairy Queen isn’t always my first pick for ice cream but they aren’t my last and this location hits the spot.

Decided to go to Dairy Queen tonight instead of downtown delights because I wanted a banana split, i ordered i banana split so I could have banana and there was absolutely no banana in the spilt, I called and asked them why there was no banana in my split she said she is the one that made it and she put it at the bottom. There was nothing no banana whatsoever. I also ordered a 7$ meal and the pretzels with Queso they forgot the drink for the meal and the queso for the pretzels as well.

Don’t go here often. It’s not much like it was 20+ years ago. Fast service though! My blizzard was well made though. Sat outside to eat which was nice. No pic this visit. Maybe next time…
