There is nothing quite like Chicken Salad Chick. It is really unfortunate that we don’t have these in my neck of the woods as I would probably be here once a week. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced for what you get. I love that they have Diet Minute Maid Lemonade at the soda fountain! You don’t see that very often. The staff here is very friendly as well.

Big thank you to the sweet people working at this Chicken Salad Chick! I’m a big fan of Lauryn’s Lemon Basil and the croissant sandwiches are my go to favorite. Everyone is always so kind and helpful when we dine here and our food is always fresh and delicious.
My boyfriend and I almost always pick up our meals from this location and enjoy them at home, this recent visit being no exception. However, this time, when we experienced a major food casualty (food dropping in the dirt right outside our front door), my boyfriend came in utterly dejected and deeply upset. He loves his Chicken Salad Chick. Sadly, he had no choice but to return to work sans chicken salad.
As soon as I could, hoping to rectify the situation, I secretly called and apologetically explained my situation, asking between apologies if it was possible to have the chicken salad sandwich remade. I was met with a very kind and understanding response, despite my imposing request. Then 10 minutes later, I was on my way back home with a fresh meal, and when my boyfriend opened his meal there were TWO cookies inside How sweet! I’ve never seen a grown man more happy to get an extra cookie.
Thanks again to the wonderful people who work here! We always come back again and again for our faves, and will continue to do so.

No complaints. Unique menu and great food. Neat concept offering seemingly healthy options overall. They offer a quick Deli option for people on lunch. Clean and organized. It was customer appreciation day and they were giving customers an extra scoop of Original Chick with every order. I had fruit as my side and it was fresh.

A friend & I had the most delightful lunch yesterday at Chicken Salad Chick. Our sandwiches were freshly made, nicely presented and really delicious. In fact, the Carol’s Classic Chicken Salad was so good that I bought a container of it to take home. The servers there were so pleasant & helpful; they even packed my take-home item in ice for me so that it would stay fresh. I appreciated that extra touch of service so much. I will be returning soon to try another flavor of their chicken salad.

Stopped in today to get a very much appreciated free lunch today as it’s November 11th and I am a Veteran. I appreciate a business that honors our brothers in uniform. We need more places that recognize our service to our country. I never expect a hand out, but it’s nice to see businesses that care. The food is always great and the shop is always clean. Today I got the Dixie Chick scoop, pasta salad and a lemonade. Support businesses that support our Veterans and troops in uniform. Definitely Florida Veteran Man Approved!!

This was my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick! I enjoyed how customers are able to sample the variations of chicken salad before making a final decision. I suppose I still had a difficult time deciding, though–because I ended up going with three full scoops of chicken salad in three different flavors. It was more than enough chicken salad for an entire week all in one feel swoop!
The place was nearly empty when we arrived around 4 or 5pm. Cameron was behind the register. He was very courteous and helped me to acclimate and to understand the menu once I told him I was a first-time visitor. I asked him for a menu to take away and he found one without much delay!
I’ll be back around again sometime! I appreciate the sea of crackers given with my chicken salad. The crackers made eating comfort food like this more fun. I’d like to see this chain make their own quality crackers someday, but I see how the plastic-wrapped coupled crackers would be more cost effective on the whole. It added a bit more salty taste to the dips of chicken salad I chose, which I enjoyed.

The absolute best place for lunch in St Augustine!!! So many varieties of chicken salad you have to go back to try them all. Delicious doesn’t even do this place justice ! I was so impressed and it’s been awhile since I’ve been that impressed.i had a hard time deciding and was able to sample!!! I highly recommend stopping in and trying for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!

We visit your location in Saint Augustine on a regular basis. Usually ordering the same items, but not always. We have noticed that the staff is a bit challenged, being new and not sure of the expectations. It seems to me that someone signs off on said new employee that will be dealing with the public and would be comfortable with what that entails. I believe that this individual would be pleasant, quick to smile, make eye contact and ensure guest satisfaction and perhaps a little something extra. I Fully understand the industry along with the current challenges of staffing. Today’s experience should be a training opportunity for your operations.

I call back and basically challenged regarding my honesty. She prepared my order and it WAS correct. Anyway I drove back got the missing item and left. NOT the slightest of apologies. The food is always good, I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

Really chic!! Overall cool vibe to the place. Liked the decor and the help was super friendly & gave us samples of the different types of chicken salad so we can decide what we wanted. My favorite is the Fancy Nancy but I still don’t think it is as good as what my wife makes. We got quite a few kinda to go so I will update this as I eat them. Overall I thing this is a Ladies Day (or night) Out for lunch place ALL THE WAY. I especially liked how they added pictures of St Augustine that fit in with the decor so well.
