Halal Spot is a Manchester must-try! The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Smash Burger were the highlights for my wife and I.
We also tried the Sweet Chili Wings; the flavor was good and the chicken was fresh, but my only critique is that I wish they were fully tossed/coated in the sauce rather than just getting a light drizzle.
Small note aside, the food is high quality and delicious. Definitely worth a visit!

Delicious food. From the rice bowl to the chicken sandwich which we had were all amazing. Chick was hot ,juicy and crispy. The rice bowl was a very generous size with many toppings to choose from. I highly recommend this place. Atmosphere is bright and staff was nice.

Question1: I feel so thirsty after I ate here , do you think is it because of salt or fried food? Food was tasty, kids love it, French fries were a lot but it was too much oil, smash burger was not good , did not really like it. It is kind of expensive for little burger.

Cheap, healthy, and filling. The spot bowls are large portions and customizable. Right next to my work, its great for fast lunches too, no longer than 5 minutes in line. Nice workers too!

I really wanted to like the place, but it’s just subpar.
I’ve gotten food here 3 or 4 times since they opened with each time hoping it’d get better, but it hasn’t. The white sauce tastes like a runny ranch, the chicken tenders were way too salty, while the fries not only lacked salt, they lacked any seasoning at all. At least the fries and chicken had a good crunch. The burger is fine to a point, just don’t get any of their house sauces and your cheese might get slightly burnt. Their rice bowls are decent, but the runny ranch just destroys it for me.
The place isn’t terrible, it’s just below standard, disappointing, and forgettable. I hope they get better.

I really love the food at The Halal Spot. Every single time I’ve ordered here, the food has been fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of meal that feels both satisfying and nourishing — not heavy, not greasy, just genuinely good food that you can feel good about eating.
Portion sizes are generous to the point where it’s easy to get two meals out of one order, which I appreciate both practically and economically. Inside, the shop itself is clean, welcoming, and well run. You get the sense that care is taken with the food and with the space. The menu options make it easy to eat well, whether you’re grabbing something quick or intentionally choosing a healthier meal.
The only small drawback has nothing to do with the food or staff, but rather the immediate area outside, where street litter can sometimes be a bit off-putting. That said, once you’re inside, that concern disappears completely — and it’s clear that the business itself maintains high standards.

All food is fresh and serve to order
Both the chicken and the steak were very well seasoned and very tender oh, and let’s not forget about the rice. The rice was pretty darn good itself.
And I will mention that the bathroom is very simply stocked with some great smelling lotion and hand soap, and it’s not your typical pump, hand soap, and lotion oh, and the paper towels they’re not cheap paper towels either and they also give you some tissues for you women that like to blot your lipstick or fix your eyeliner
And I guess we’ll talk about that. Amazing dessert loaded waffle. All I can say is my husband’s addicted just by the looks and then you dive in and he’s afraid this is his new spot.
The serving size is well enough to share one bowl between the two of you

Ive followed The Halal Spot on instagram for a couple of months. We finally decided to try it out today and we were not disappointed. Absolutely delicious. The quality of the food, the flavor. All just absolutely crazy. My boyfriend got a chicken rice bowl and I got the beef. Their website is clean and user friendly. Everything on the menu looks delicious and we will be back. Keep up the good work

I love Halal, and was thrilled to find this spot on our way up to Vermont.
Ordering was easy online, pick up was simple. Decided to try the cherry slushy once I was inside the restaurant because it looked so good (and it was!).
Lots of delicious white sauce and meat. My dog loved the lamb and I loved it all. Clean place and kind service.
We were a little disappointed by a few things: no falafel, the wrap was more messy than expected and not really a “wrap”, and my salad was huge hunks of romaine lettuce so a little hard to eat. But everything was delicious and perfect for what I was looking for. Look forward to trying it again on a road trip.
