This is a really nice rooftop bar. I’ve been twice, once for the holiday pop up and once just on a regular night. The cocktails are good and priced around 15$ generally. The Christmas pop up was so cute! Lots of decorations and igloos. They had blankets at all the seats and it was super cozy. We did not have a reservation because it was a Sunday, so we walked up and payed the cover. Overall it was pricey with the cost of drinks and the cover, but it’s a special event so I wasn’t too shocked. Overall a really nice space!

I recently visited AVA Rooftop Bar with a group of friends for the first time, and we had an absolutely fantastic experience!
From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. We enjoyed the VIP lounge, complete with champagne and an incredible selection of drinks to choose from.
The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a night out.
Special thanks to Chyanna and Danielle, our amazing waitresses, who made our evening even more memorable with their attentive and friendly service.

If you’re heading to AVA, definitely go for the VIP package. It’s totally worth it for the extra perks such as private seating, and on top of that, the personal touch of getting to know your bartenders!

First off I want to admit my fault in the awful experience I had. I was expecting to have dinner and drinks but this is definitely a bar with “upscale” bar food. The concept is nice on paper but the vision is poor executed. Before I get into the drawbacks I hit a few highlights first. #1 parking is a breeze and the area of town is nice. #2 the atmosphere is nice a quite for a bar. #3 our waitress was pleasant. Now for the cons. #1 signage is poor and it was difficult to figure out where to enter the building. You go through another bar downstairs and take an elevator which is more like a service elevator because it took forever and when it did finally come their were two employees on it with a huge trash bin. Luckily the bin was empty or we sure would have left right away. #2 there was no one at the host area to greet us and it was very stuffy #3 the seat can’t be to code all the tablets were super low and where we sat felt like being sat at the kid’s table at the family gathering. I’m 5’7 and the table was resting on my legs. #4 the drinks were blah, flavorless and too sugary #5 the food was blah as well the grilled pita was cold and the $19 dollar lamb sausage kabob plate was nothing special but I did like the cauliflower tabbouleh #5 there is an area that is still under construction but it is not sectioned off at all Overall this was a horrible first impressions and I will likely not return unless it’s a private event with outside catering options.

As soon as the elevator doors open you are wowed! They did a great job decorating the rooftop bar and making it a fun spot to hangout. There’s a DJ, corn hole, tvs, big bar and really good drinks! The bartenders weren’t very friendly and I had the feeling they selected who they took care of based on who they thought would tip better. The drinks and food were amazing though so that tipped the scales back to a positive. We will be back but hope next time the mood of the bartenders is better. I always give a second chance. I do wish they had a bathroom up there, that was the only big inconvenience.

1. The elevator to go up to a long time to open. When it did, we were tested by the trash men with a huge trash bin. No shade to the trash men – they were doing their job But the owners of the establishment should either have a service elevator or only have them work when the bar isn’t open.
2. We finally got up to the rooftop bar and there’s no hostess! But it looked like we were supposed to wait to be seated. Fortunately our awesome waitress Brooke saw our confusion and helped us find a table. Brooke was the best part about AVA Rooftop bar, she had a great attitude and was very attentive.
3. All of the tables are super low! I understand it’s more of a bar/lounge vibe but the tables should be at the appropriate height.
4. At first, it looks cute but then you start to see how sloppily put together it is. For example, there’s construction on the other side of the the fence that is in clear view as you walk to the fad right.
5. On a postive note, the music was good and at a great volume so we could enjoy our conversation. And the weather was perfect!
6. We got the half off marg flights – so disappointed they were too sugary.
7. The food platters were okay. But it’s more of a bar than a food place so I guess you can’t expect great food.
Overall, it was overhyped. It’s only good for the people who live there.

1st time here, and I loved the vibe! Our server, Anna, was bubbly, sweet, and attentive. The watermelon cocktails were delicious, and this is such a great place to chill on a nice evening. Will return for sure.

My family took me to the Ava Rooftop “Winter Wonderland” to celebrate my birthday last night but it was NOT wonderful at all! It was freezing out and they had only one working heater and it was very far from our table. The Christmas music was so faint we could hardly hear it. The drinks were extremely sugary and not at all as advertised on the menu. The food was awful…we ordered meatballs and though the flavor was decent, they were ice cold. The turkey sliders took forever to arrive and when they did, they tasted like cranberry mush! We refused to pay for them. Our waitress was very nice but she told us she didn’t usually work on the rooftop and therefore she couldn’t answer any of our questions about the menu. It was a bad experience and put a real damper on my birthday celebration!
