Ordered 3 items: Italian sausage marinara pasta, medium pizza with diced tomatoes and mushrooms, and a Philly steak sandwich. We received a pasta without any pasta in it, a pizza with only mushrooms on it, and (gasp!) a normal Philly steak sandwich. We were just passing by the area so couldn’t go back to the store to dispute. Emailed Domino’s customer service and they said they have reached out to the location and a rep from the store will contact me. 3 days has passed and nothing. Guess this is the least I can do to come here and warn everyone to check their orders before leaving the store.

Im giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. We had an issue with the delivery time frame. It said 27 mins but it took around a hour. Then it was short 1 order of wings. I called the store to talk to a manager. I wanted to get my money back for my order since Ive had several issues from the same store. The manager blamed her employees that did not come to work, and said they were just so busy. I do understand, however she just kept blaming everyone else instead of taking any responsibility. She then hung up on me. When I called back to make sure I was not charged the employee hung up on me as well. We order from here a lot and have had several issues over the years, including our order not arriving for two hours, which we just canceled, or wrong food being delivered. After tonight we will never order from here again.

Have gotten pizzas that look like this multiple times. I’ve spent lots of money at Dominos over the years and this store next to merchants is the worst and it’s not even close. It’s a shame to spend your hard earned money and get pizza that looks like someone stomped it worth their shoe. I complained to management once the problem has continued. This store is not the one you want to order from.

I walked in at 10:30, and three employees had no clue I was there for about 4 minutes. Finally, a worker on their break, I assume, noticed and helped me. Pizza was bussin tho. P.s. there was loud, vulgar music playing in the store which I neither liked nor disliked.

I ordered a delivery at 7:30, and it said it would take 30-45 min. At 9:00 I hadn’t gotten the delivery so I called the store. They hadn’t even started it. They let me just pick it up but offered no discount or compensation for the wait. The food was burnt unfortunately. The staff was nice but the wait was excessive and I was not happy with the quality of the food.

I’ve enjoyed every slice from this establishment. However, they are usually backed up when I come to pick up. I suggest delivery when you can or be prepared to wait past the tracker if you are picking up on a weekend.

Did online order accidentally hit wrong number on address the one I put doesn’t exist for my street when they drove by my house I called said had delivered told the the issue now almost 2 hours later still waitingfor driver to return find my food they didn’t call when couldnt find house number again that doesn’t exist it was 2 numbers off from mine was part my fault but at this point ridiculous!!!!!

We ordered pizza for delivery. Although we live a mile away, the tracker shows our pizza was driven around for almost 2 hours to various locations all over town before being delivered to us. When we called to complain, the manager lied and told us the pizza would arrive in the next 5-10 minutes, and assured us the online tracker was wrong. Took another 30+ minutes after the call before it finally got delivered. If you order a pizza, be aware that it may likely be up to a 2 hr delivery period before you order arrives.
