I Get to the spot wanted to order inside doors are closed then they tell us dinning room is closed gotta go through the drive thru, fine even though it’s barely 7.
We order and he repeats my order wrong have to correct him, fine maybe it’s the speaker.
I Get to the window all he says is how much I owe fine. He hands over the card I gave him without a thank you or anything I say thank you he doesnt say anything okay fine.
He gives us the food and we notice he hasn’t given us the drinks yet. I think to myself maybe there is some more food then he will give the drinks……nope he comes back to the window asking for the money of the person behind me and I have yet to drive off or move in anyway and he doesn’t notice I was still there. We tell him he forgot our drinks, he says nothing besides what we asked for at the speaker. Give us the drinks says no sorry no nothing just hands it over like he hate his life. like instead of moving around like you are on something and acting like how you are you can check to see who is at the window or making sure everything is correct.
This place has gone downhill through the years and maybe it’s time to just pack up. Used to love this spot when I was in highschool and a bit after.
We were discussing how BK was one of our favorite fast foods, and it turns out we both loved the Classic Chicken Sandwich. She likes it with less lettuce and I like mine with no lettuce. Her grandma loved the Classic Chicken Sandwich, too!
My driver felt like I shouldn’t use the app, but I know they always make it fresh once you arrive, so your food isn’t sitting around. I like it that way. She said she never used the app, but I was like, the prices are so much cheaper for certain things using the app. I’m tired of corporate greed-flation and the apps are one way to combat this.
I think I convinced her to use the app because not only was it clear the food was made fresh when we pulled up to the drive-thru, but she was amazed that there is a Buy One Get One (BOGO) Free deal for the Classic Chicken Sandwich.
Pretty amazing!!!! Plus the app lets me customize it right there to add some extra mayo, some onions, and hold the lettuce. Cause special orders don’t upset us!!
Join me at BK with their app and save some bucks for the important things in life.
I do have 3 complaints regarding my 5/26 10:30am visit:
1. As customer traffic picked up with a minimal crew, the supervisor on duty never lifted a finger to assist or support them, sitting out in the dining area twiddling his thumbs during the 2 hours I was there.
2. The entire dining area needed cleaning. I wiped my own table and seats, something the supervisor watched me do and was well-aware of.
3. The building could use a “face lift” – freshen-up the paint and business logos.
