Sad to say this location discriminates against customers by refusing to take a in person order , the manager refused to allow one of 4 employees to open the other register for a in person order. It is disgusting this location participates in discrimination against customers.

Good sandwiches and toppings. Another place where you may get great service or not so great. I usually place my order online and drive 10 min to get it. I understand if they are busy for it not to be ready, but when I pull up and all they are doing is talking to friends till I walk in and say I’m here for a pick-up please don’t tell me oh it just came in

I have visited again placed order inside as well as online. Inside ordering was quick. Online was ready when promised. I like how you can adjust what you want like, less more, extra. Good amount of mest. Much better experience

Updating to add, go during lunch. The manager at that time is amazing, and they are the crew where 95% of the time I’m paying for my order of 2 sandwhiches and they are handing them to me before I can finish payment, and 99% of the time we have no issues with our food either!! 🙂

The last 3 months have been absolutely horrendous… from orders wrong, to not cutting sandwiches and then to a basically empty sandwich, and lastly you used to order, 2 sandwhiches and before we could pay and walk over to the other side, the bag with our sandwhiches was waiting for us. this has been truly horrible and shitty to watch happen, because this location used to be the most perfect location.

No lettuce for some reason, and 2 slices of turkey… I like their bread but not THAT much. Ugh! Wish they didn’t go down hill…
They are always super fast, never had a problem with them. Super kind and overall in and out is what you like, this is the place. Our sandwiches are usually made before we finish paying lol. Over a year later and still all good!! 🙂 best Jimmy johns around

I ordered the beach club sandwich. When I took a bite, the turkey tasted off, so I opened the sandwich to look and it was slimy and looked raw and smelled funky. I took it back to the store for a refund because I am not going to eat raw or spoiled turkey. They refused to give a refund because the sandwich was what I ordered, regardless of the fact that the turkey raw/spoiled.

Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John’s! First I’d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can’t be bothered with a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that Jimmy John’s typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. I’ve tried several times to give it a chance and they can’t seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems there is no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. The sandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child at Jimmy John’s! I attached two photos to this review.

I purchased a kids sandwich and was once again let down. Don’t waste you’re money here. Go Ejs where and you’ll get better service and food. I attached a picture and copy of my receipt.

I did an online order and went in to pick it up. When I went in. It wasn’t finished, which was OK. I had just placed it, but instead of taking my payment even after the sandwich was completed they kept taking customers coming in the door for payment looking over me like my time had No value I’m 5 foot 190 pounds holding a credit card literally having to move away from the cashier so the person she greeted behind me could give her order completely dismissing me. There was three workers None of them had any customer service as far as greeting or even acknowledging that I was standing there waiting to pay for my order I could’ve just walked out the door, but that’s not who I am. I ended up pushing the sandwich back to them and leaving and putting my card back in my purse I Got in my car and went straight to Jersey Mike’s right down the street where they appreciated my business. I suggest you do the same you’re spending your money choose a place that respects your business and will be friendly to you
