Today I was really hungry and decided to get a burger at Five Guys on Columbia Pike. The cashier treated me very badly; he was in a very bad mood and annoyed. I ordered two different burgers, and in the end, he gave me the wrong order. It was a real disappointment. They should train their staff better so they can serve us customers better. I don’t recommend this location!

This is the best Five Guys I have been to in a long time. When I heard they were essentially reopening the first five guys I had to check this place out and honestly it was like they were working at a higher standard than most other stores to live up to it being the original or something. My burger was great, the fries were perfect, the people working there were friendly and helpful and there was even a neat Mural on the wall that made this location feel special. Good Job!

We come here once a month to use a food credit from a credit card and even then the staff remember us. Always great service, they ask ahead of time how many patties so they can get them on and get us our food that much faster.

dont go here unless you want to get scammed out of your money. they take any bills you give them and put them directly in the tip jar, and then still ask you for money to pay for your meal. absolutely despicable service. shame on the workers here.

i came today to get a large cajun fries and the workers was very veryyy greeting and very nice. i had a great conversation with one of them. will come back and see my favorite coworker!

It’s Five Guys, doesn’t disappoint. The only thing, the server did not know what beverages were sold, I asked for a Lemonade Light and he did not know if they had it, but they did. ❤️
