Great food! Great service! Great atmosphere! Each member of our group tried something different. Everyone loved their food. The 2 lbs. Pretzel was amazing! The robot server was cool. Our waitress was really nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I went to see my favorite band, Van Waylon Band perform. When I heard they were going to be here I made sure to go see them. They have a new bass player and he also sings. So now this band has 5 singers. Wow, most other bands have one or maybe two. They also had a guest singer, Josie Dial. Now this gal has a set of pipes. Do yourself a favor and check out the video I took of her performance. As always the band was fantastic and put on an awesome show. I sure hope they can play here again sometime, and bring that young gal too. This was my first visit to Hager 18 and this place is so cool. The stage is huge and there was plenty of places to sit. While watching the band the wait staff made sure everyone had cold drinks available. I need to tell you about this…There were 2 options for restrooms here. One inside and one on the outside. Other bars should take note. Whoever set this place up really knows their stuff. I will be going back whenever I can. By the way the food was Great!

Cool place, couple of buddies rode our motorcycles over to check it out. There happened to be a car show going on down the road so that was cool. The food was great, also had one of the house beers it was delicious as well.

This is a fun bar/pub in Windsor, Illinois. We met friends here and were very pleased with the choice! The food was fantastic, the wait staff were very pleasant and efficient, and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. The added bonus was the robotic food server! This robot delivered drinks and food to our table and then the waitress served it to us. It was definitely not an expected feature in this small town! I can’t wait until we have the opportunity to travel back!

We had a wonderful experience our first time here a few months ago. So, for mine and my besties bday we decided to have lunch here. Party of 10 (we also called ahead to let them know we were coming) adults. 5 couples no kids. There was 1 server for the whole place. Poor girl was so busy we barely got 2 rounds of drinks. Apps were good. Then we had to ask for silverware when our meal finally came. She literally handed my husband and my friends husband a handful of forks and knives. Food was decent for some of us. Gyros were good but the chicken dishes are all the same frozen chicken patty with flavor smeared on it. We had to chase her down for our checks because she was so busy. I worked in the industry for 30 yrs. Do better management. Get that girl some help.
In response I do understand that. But we left our number when making reservation. Someone should have called us back and let us know there was only 1 server and cook. We could’ve chosen to eat somewhere else. And 1 more thing. Were you too busy to come in and help for an hour? I’ve had to do that alot and didnt even own the place.
