Male taking my order was seemingly “high” or he wasnt functioning today. I told him my order, he repeated it back correct and made the wrong food still. He also asked me to spell out my address twice and he still typed it in wrong. No wonder my order was incorrect. Called to get help with the wrong order and the manager was hostile and honestly rude.
Told me she’d remake and send it back if I gave her back the order they messed up. Which im fine with doing but the hostility towards me for a mistake they made left a bad taste in my mouth. Before they brought me the wrong order I was also waiting 1.5hrs on a “45” min delivery.
The older delivery man was nice and professional.
I’d be warey ordering from here. If you try and call for help with your order you get met with unnecessary hostility.
Update THEY SENT ME THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN

When I called the first time that was apparently the owner.
Rude towards me yet again. She even hung up on me.
I said “are you putting the wrong topping on again out of spite?” she assured that wasnt the case but what else could it be? Twice they ruined my order.
This place is volatile and nasty. Mismanaged and so unprofessional.
Don’t give buisnesses like this your money.
Totally down with the herb but if you cant take an order properly TWICE, you need to put the pipe down.

Unknowing Fathomz
So here’s the thing toppings amazing you can tell everything is fresh. The only issue if I had to call it that would be the crust and that’s completely preference. Personally I like the crust with a little char on it some people don’t but, that aside. I great enjoyed the pie I received drove 7 hours up here for work. Was extremely tired and hungry was met with the most bubbly,smiley and adorable counter girl as well as a well made pizza. Keep up the good work. I’d say leave the pie in for like 3 or 4 more minutes but, aside from that worth the wait !

We ordered two pizzas, the Special with green olives added and a pepperoni with extra cheese/extra sauce. The Special was delicious. It was filled with super fresh and yummy toppings. The pepperoni was ok. It didn’t seem to have the extra sauce we ordered, but it was better than what you would get from a chain pizza place like Domino’s. The crust is plain and a bit dry. I didn’t mind on the Special because all of the toppings made up for it. On the pepperoni you could really tell that it lacked flavor. I would order from here again.

Staff are clearly high or drunk. The owner is diabolically unprofessional and rude. I read the other reviews where they’ve commented they’d make things right. They 100% don’t do that. It’s actually hilarious they reply back with lies. They always mess up orders, forget sauces or food is over cooked/under cooked. Never have I dealt with such mean spirited/malicious management. I don’t think they’d still be open if the high-schoolers weren’t going there for lunch.
I’ll never go here again, I dont like chain pizza places but I would much rather eat their food. Don’t waste your money here. You’ll get rude management and 9/10 times a messed up order.

My usual go-to for lunch! Great food, and great people! You can tell nothing comes out of a can which is hard to find anymore. I recommend the Taco Pizza, one of my favorites! Great local shop to spend your money at!!!!!!

Randomly stopped to grab pizza while staying in Marquette and glad we did. Really great food and staff inside this small pizza shop were very friendly and seemed to love the job. Pizza sauce was great flavor and cheese they used on our pepperoni and cheese pizza was amazing. Had the pizza sticks as well and the garlic bread. Happy with all of it!! Keep up the great work.

Customer service was good enough. The pie? Not so much. I usually eat the crust but not this time. It was too dry and flavorless. The rest of the pie was just ok. I ordered a medium with pepperone and sausage. Domino’s would have been better than this.

They claim to care about customer service. Ive read through other reviews. All they do is comment back that they’d resolve, how its not their fault etc. No accountability for a terribly rude and dysfunctional owner. No accountability for improperly trained staff who mess orders up. When you do call to get an order corrected you’re met with rudeness and absolutely no help. This place is disgusting as well. Inside looks like its had grease caked on for a decade.

Pizza was completely under cooked, couldn’t even pick up the pizza without everything falling off. The guys forgot our sauce and it seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Unprofessional atmosphere.

My girlfriend and I usually order Domino’s, but we wanted to try something new and had heard great things about Lake Superior Pizza, so we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed! Our pizza was right on time (we picked it up) and everything from the cheese to the toppings tasted nice and fresh. It was also very reasonably priced, as our order came out to around $21 for a large pizza and pizza sticks. I would highly recommend ordering from this awesome local business, and I think LSP has one of the best pizzas in Marquette. We will be ordering again in the future!
