What a gem of a pastry store. My first experience here…holy moly. First you walk in to see a sea of goodies. Shapes and sizes, colored sugar. Take a tray and tongs once the initial sugar rush passes… Then go. Pick your favorite or try something new. Not eating sugar for 2 years and was overwhelmed at first then throwing caution to the wind I pick out a few items to enjoy while on vacation.
Then walk next door to the market..so many items to feast on. But the winner for me was the chicken in mango and habanero marinade. The service was amazing we got to try items I have no idea what I was eating (proper name) but the fried pork belly was over the moon delicious.
Now my Friends love the bread with the jalapeno holy moly. They travel all the way from Florida just for this and when we returned to Florida they came home with another three loaves.

Every time we go to the Coachella valley, we would stop by this bakery. The corn bread is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, We also picked up jello, flan and a Quesadilla Salvadoreña cake.

Great panaderia conveniently located next to Taqueria Guerrero. Has the right aroma and atmosphere and you can look in the back and see the bakers working. Good variety of pastries. We took home about half a dozen different items and they are all quite tasty. Definitely going back.

This is one of the best small bakery experiences I have ever had. The line was long, fast moving but understandable as the trays of pastries, breads, sweets, cakes were AMAZING.
