I am very disappointed, let me clarify.
I live in a very small town, there is not a lot of selections when it comes to food in my little town, Every Thursday I happen to be in Alvin; and this is the second time I’ve been heavily disappointed in this Panda Express.
After ordering my meal, I drive 45 minutes home to open my box ( 2 meats and 1 side) to realize there was actually NO meat in my plate. Maybe 3-4 tiny pieces and everything else was veggies..
MIND YOU- I paid over $10 dollars for what? All rice and veggies?? There wasn’t even a full serving of meat, and I can’t help but think not only is that violating Panda Expresses standards it’s just plain high way robbery.
I solely ordered this plate tonight because the FIRST time I came and ordered beef & broccoli and only received broccoli and NO MEAT.
So what’s the deal? Is this a policy issue? Is this Panda Expresses new standard? Is this a manger issue? Do we all as paying consumers need to go up the corporate ladder, because as of now many people are being completely taken advantage of.

I’ve been here twice. Both times, the server behind the counter was very pleasant and made sure my order was fresh. The last time, they had me wait on fresh cream cheese ragoons, and hooked me up with a free drink while I waited. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

edit; this gave me food poisoning and i have been profusely vomiting everywhere ever since, 2 pieces of shrimp and some noodles that taste 3 days old. not to mention the pile of zucchini is supposed to be mushroom chicken and i called a couple times never getting an answer. y’all need to act your cost cause ain’t no part of this worth anything. my dog eats better then this.

Most food selections were not prepared! Two hours before they’re supposed to close and the food items were limited! Practically 2 or 3 choices or choose nothing! This is my 3rd time to try their food, with NO Success. No wonder the parking lot is always empty! That’s my last try for Panda Express in Alvin Texas. I even took pics so others can see the empty parking lot! So disappointing!

We came here for a lunch break one day. The food was on par with panda expresses freshness. The staff was quick and nice. The restaurant itself was clean and orderly. The thing I love most about panda express is that there are healthy options that still taste great and have high amount of protein. I personally like the mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli with fried rice.

The worst panda we have ever eaten at. The first time we had a large order around 7pm 6-7 meals. All of the bowls were not even halfway full of food. Beef and broccoli had 2 pieces of beef and 10 pieces of Broccoli. Two days ago for lunch, we ordered again. I opened the to go box of my plate and there was 3 single small pieces of chicken on the plate and the chow mein and rice were 90% vegetables. Picture below. I would never recommend anyone to eat here at this location if you expect to get what you’re paying for because you will not get that.

Really enjoyed the Alvin location versus the League City one. Seemed to be much cleaner and attentive. The food even tasted better.

My first Panda Express experience is described as average americanized asian-themed fast food lightly seasoned to be okay to everyone. I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees and 1 side for $10.50. There was nothing unique or exceptional about the 3 entrees of beef steak, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp (the steak and shrimp are up-charged an additional $1.25) but they were served hot and fresh. The fried rice was bland and the spring rolls the same. The tables were dirty and there was a dirty paper plate with some sort of brown sauce sitting beneath the card reader I had to move to use my debit card to pay. On the positive side of things the restaurant had a modern feel, cooked small amounts of food at a time to maintain freshness, had a unique sweet and sour sauce, and a friendly staff. I need to give a shout out to Sonia at the Alvin, TX restaurant for the highlight of my first Panda Express experience.
