This was our first time trying hot pot, and 12 Lunar did not disappoint. The broth was incredibly flavorful with just the right amount of heat, bold but not overwhelming. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality.
My daughter absolutely loved the buffalo wings (which says a lot!), and I really enjoyed the bang bang shrimp it was perfectly seasoned with a great balance of crispy and creamy.
The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, and the staff was so kind and attentive. We stopped by for lunch and felt the pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

Came here on a Friday night and wasn’t expecting much but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The server was very polite and quick, as soon as we pick up the menu to order more, she was already at the table. The meats were savory but the vegetables were very fresh, we order the spinach 3 times cuz tasted so good. I have to mention the chili blue crab and it was so delicious and has a nice spicy kick. Only thing we didn’t like was the mashed shrimpball paste, was too much starch added and tasted like jelly. There so many items on menu it’s impossible to eat all in one settings. We will definitely be coming back for more.

One of the BEST hot pot places I’ve been to yet, and with an unbeatable all-you-can-eat price and value – the price includes EVERYTHING, from meats to delicious cooked side items. The staff are very kind and informative, taking the time to explain to us their menu, since it’s a bit different than what my guests and I were used to for hot pot. Our waitress even offered to let us sample the soup bases (all of which were delicious – especially the Tom Yum!). Everything we ordered was fresh, beautifully put together and tasted amazing. The tables are sleek and clean, I didn’t even see the stoves until we were sitting right there! We were even offered various ice cream flavors to choose from after our meal, included in the price. If you’ve been on the fence about visiting 12 Lunar, let this be the review that convinces you – I will absolutely be back!

WOW. I really cannot overstate how good this place is. Admittedly, we are hot pot noobs, and had no idea how it all worked. We figured it out and had the best meal we’d had in ages!
I’ll attach various menus. There is so much there. I got the AYCE so I could try different things. They have several different soup bases you can choose from, to cook your proteins in. I chose tom yum.
Listen, let me pause, can we talk about the cucumber salad??? Amazing!
Anywho, I got the mussels, dumplings, shrimp, spinach, a variation of mushroom (they have multiple), broccoli, bean sprouts, and probably something else. It was all presented beautifully. I am astounded that they can offer such a staggering array of choices, and it’s all perfectly fresh and gorgeous. Lawdy those dumplings are drool-worthy btw!
If you don’t do AYCE, you can do a “choose two” or “three” I think it was, for your proteins. Protein portions are good. And they send out a platter of what I’d call fixins. Random veg and other items to add to your pot. It was all very enlightening to see such different (to us) food items. And all so yummy!
There is a sauce bar in the back. I didn’t try many, as I was all enthralled in the food. I will next time.

Mhmmm so yummy in my tummy. Thats the good soup. Not gonna lie it’s one of the best if not the best hotpot around the area. Everything was tasty and the staff were wonderful and nice. We came in not expecting the variations of items we can pick from the AYCE dinner and it was just amazing. We will definitely be coming back and bring people with us. The atmosphere is welcoming and the icecream after is a plus!

(Update) Today was our 5th visit, and this time we visited with our friend’s family. Still, everything was good, the food was fresh, and the service was good. But next time, if the weather is cold, I will ask to sit far from the main entrance. The weather was cold and windy today, and whenever the door was opened, I felt the cold air too much, but other than that, everything was good as always! Even my friends said they will bring their parents to this place.
Our second visit here with the kids. Friendly staff and excellent food. We did dinner all you can eat hot pot- soup base (Szechuan spicy soup base, Golden sour soup (not spicy), beef bone soup(not spicy). For kids, strongly recommend quail eggs, bang bang shrimp. We ordered our usual whenever we eat hotpot- pork belly, king oyster mushroom, napa cabbage, fish puffs, fried bean curd skin, black fungus- all fresh and tasty!!
We will make our 3rd visit soon! Strongly recommend!!
