We have been waiting on for 15 min for anyone to be at the window. What a shame !. No one has courtesy to come and say that they are running late. I had to call the store, greeted by an AI agent which is a joke and later transferred to an overworked employee to tell them that I am at the window, it took another 5 min.

This is the first time we have ordered domino is MONTHS maybe even a year because last time it absolutely sucked and it still sucks what a waste of $40
1. It took an HOUR for it to be delivered when it said it was out of the oven 20 minutes after I ordered it.
2. The pizzas are half-ass cut
3. Chicken Alfredo is soup more sauce than noddles or chicken
4. The new cinnamon bites are just plan bread bites no cinnamon on them

For some reason, our delivery had 2 people in the car, and the one who brought the food to our door slammed each box (5 total) onto our table. One at a time so it would make a loud slamming noise. Their take out is going from bad to worse. Twice they gave us someone else’s order with a receipt that has that person’s phone number, which means my phone number and order given to someone else. Imagine someone with dietary restrictions. Also their app sucks big time. It may tell you the other is ready, but I think they had already given our order to someone else is my guess. Really too bad, I really like their pizza.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Domino’s location. When I arrived to place my order, I was told there were computer issues, which caused a long wait — understandable, tech problems happen. However, they still took my order anyway, so I waited patiently.
The real issue started when I asked for a bit more buffalo sauce. Instead of a simple yes or no, the manager, Jasmine, responded with a nasty attitude, saying “This isn’t Pizza Hut, give her a refund and take the food.” I was shocked. That kind of response was completely uncalled for, especially when all I did was ask for extra sauce.
Customer service should never be this rude. A little courtesy goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Everytime I order extra sauce I get pizza with BARELY any if any at all. Might as well just call it bread sticks. Not just this location 886 Bert Kouns and 5604 Hearne Ave too. Don’t waste your money here, freezer pizza is better.
