I ordered the Sloppy José.
It was greasy and not appetizing.
I might be wrong, probably other items are good. But for 25 dollars, a sandwich and a Latte. I expect a better quality meal.
Not woth the price or the place.

It was a regular atmosphere nothing to write home about. The food is pretty decent (don’t go in expecting a deal), the only thing is that the staff couldn’t be anymore careless. There was a guy watching SpongeBob and eating tater tots. If I were the owner I’d be concerned with their efficiency and commitment.

If you want breakfast in Champaign, you better come to Cracked! The food here is so good and the concoctions of savory goodness are creative and ideal. I had the Sloppy Jose, which is a chorizo sandwich with guacamole, hash brown, and a fried egg. I loved this sandwich, especially with the sauce provided at the tables. I also tried the French toast bites. I asked for extra cinnamon sugar and mixed it in with lots of syrup. After that added load of sugar, the bites were good, but I probably do not recommend. Coffee is good. The atmosphere is nice and has U of I stuff everywhere. Service was good but the sandwiches took forever to be made. Luckily, the tasted very good to make up for it. I will definitely be coming back to Cracked to try more items off the menu!

Went in an hour before they closed and ordered a Dr. Seuss, I was a little worried about the price of some of the stuff but compared to most places the prices aren’t even high. The burrito came up pretty fast though, and he asked if I wanted a bag (appreciated). I walked a half hour back home and then waited a bit more before actually eating it, and not only was it still nice and warm and HUGE, it tasted delicious. I was gobsmacked; it tasted so good. I also love how the bottom and sides were toasted and sealed, making the overall experience of eating it even better. Very good experience and will go again to try other delicacies.

Staff working on 12/15/25 (especially cashier) were so nice and friendly! Food (Goy Vey) and drink (chai latte) were delicious too. Great first visit here!

Very casual place for some breakfast! The Mocha was good and so was one of their breakfast sandwiches. Slightly more avocado would have put it over the top.

Delicious breakfast spot! Ordered the Sloppy Jose breakfast sandwich (smoked chorizo, guacamole, hash browns, fried egg, and homemade bacon onion jam), tree hugger grilled cheese (mozzarella, tomatoes, garlic basil pesto, and balsamic glaze on sourdough), and french toast bites.
I would HIGHLY recommend the Sloppy Jose. I’m still dreaming of that bacon onion jam because it was absolutely delicious.
Good to know: I got a small french toast bites order but it was pretty big.

Counter service in a dingy, not-quite-clean hole in the wall. Had to clean tables and chairs ourselves before sitting down.
One in our party enjoyed the food, the rest was crap. Tots soaked in cheese sauce are unpleasant at best. The French toast bites resembled charcoal with a hint of cinnamon. Inedible.
Service seemed disinterested – I suppose that’s the result of receiving a tip BEFORE having to provide food or service.

Casual place and kind of hard to find seating. They gagged with the Dr Seuss burrito tho.
