This isn’t my first time ordering from this location but it will defiantly be the last time. Ordered two hand tossed pizzas but basically received a thin crust with hand toss crust. Very thin crispy Pizza basically crisp cheese and sauce which is not what I ordered at all. Absolutely horrible and will not order from this location again. You guys really need to fix the dough you use or learn how to make pizzas. I’ve worked for dominos before and this is defiantly not how you make a hand toss pizza.

Wasn’t impressed with this stores service and food.
Took longer than promised to deliver, then driver got lost (I don’t know how that happens when you use some form of Maps) when she called she was another 20 minutes away from the house.
Received pizzas. Ok I know im being petty on this part, but I did NOT order square cut, there is an option for this and I didn’t request square cut. Yet both pizzas (small gluten-free and medium pizzas) were square cut.
Its not easy eating 2″ pieces of pizza, especially from the middle ♀️
Also the gluten-free pizza wasn’t cooked enough for my preference.
I cooked my pizza another 5 minutes and it was perfect.
The pizza was great, the toppings ordered were just as expected.
We were offered 20% off our next pizza we ordered for not getting delivered when promised.
I also want to add I didn’t contact the business about my concerns before posting a review, which, on my part, isn’t nice.

To be honest I haven’t tried Dominos in such a while, I decided to try out their Chicken Bacon Ranch, I picked it up inside and noticed the store was very clean, well organized and was welcomed in as I came in. Manager was on site, asked for name ( Gaige ). Definitely impressed by this sandwich. Will be back again soon.
Update 9/20: Came in for lunch around 12 and ordered a Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza, definitely just as good as the sandwich!

We just moved to this area and this was our first time at this Dominos. We tried ordering online for delivery, but unfortunately the website kept referring us to the Domino’s in Folsom and Folsom Domino’s does Not deliver to El Dorado Hills. I tried multiple times to put the Domino’s from Green Valley, but was not allowed. So I finally had to drive to the location to order and pick up my pizzas. The personnel were friendly and helpful and said they were going to look into the issue. Our pizzas were done quickly and exactly as we ordered. Definitely recommend and will be going again.

When we got these boneless wings delivered tonight they were so bad that I actually got in the car and drove to dominos to return them. The person said it looks like you got the last of the bag…. But we are REQUIRED to sell them and we do it every night. offer to make a fresh batch? Nope

Work needs to be done on the food but cheese stuffed crust is good . I will say there is this older guy delivery driver at night with great sence of humor so that’s a plus from you guys to me

Really enjoyed our three pizzas, and garlic bites. However, the carbonara pasta bowls I ordered without onions, had about a 1/2 cup of onions in each one. Too many to pick out, but I tried… So disappointing!!!

Ordered four pizzas to be ready at 5:30p. When I arrived, I ask the employee behind the counter and they informed us they were not ready. I asked two more times until 6:00p when they finally realized our pizzas had been sitting on the shelf and ready the entire time. They only offered 2 dollars off our order for waiting over half an hour for cold pizzas.
