i have been a fan of subway since i was little and it was very disappointing on how my customer experience was with them otp, I accidentally placed an order here and was calling the store immediately before my order even went through from paying to building on the app and ask them if they can cancel it or move it to another Subway location, They told me they will go get a manager to see if they can fix it and then hung up on me, After they did that I recalled The store to see if it was just a connection Issue but when I called back, and asked if they were able to get the manager and they immediately said there’s no manager there which I find where why you would tell me that you would find a manager to answer the question just to lie to me and hang up for me to need to call back for you to tell me the correct answer But when I asked them if they can cancel the order or transfer it to a different subway location they said no, they cannot even though I have accidentally placed an order at a wrong subway location and they were able to before transfer it or cancel the order from the store, but these stores in Auburn are not good at customer service and are terrible of making the customers experience good I’ve always ordered through the app just so I don’t have to be bothered by dealing with them not being able to hear me say what I would like on my sub correctly or need to repeat myself several times, even on the website they say the Auburn locations sometimes have deals with the 699 now 899 deal foot-long code and when I have Ordered online through the website with my card to use the code. It would take my money and Say that the order has been void and I don’t get my money back in my account which is very disappointing

I payed for a friend to go get me my sub and they didnt even have it made and still took my money pathetic
Ordered 2 sandwiches
System wasn’t working
So we left and ordered 2 different sandwiches online. So we went back to pick up our ONLINE order and when we got there we were given the sandwiches we ordered an hour ago IN STORE. Completely different ordered!
So I called to let them know they given us the wrong ordered and we will be on our way back & they said OK
Then when we got back to return the wrong sandwiches they locked the door and the lady was ducking behind the counter to avoid us. So I decided to call & the lady wasn’t answering so I called again and she disconnected the phone.
We had to bang the door and when she came out she told us to come back tomorrow!! It wasn’t even 4pm yet.
How dare you give us some sandwiches that been sitting there for an hour!
Not only that but to give us some sandwiches that we didn’t even ordered from the subway app and to tell us to come back tomorrow!?!
