I placed a carryout order at this Wingstop location a few days ago and gave them a 2 hour heads up before pickup. When I arrived, they hadn’t started on my order and I could tell the line of customers hadn’t been fed either. It felt like they were barely touching my order as I stood there waiting, and the staff’s attitude was unhelpful. I came away with cold fries and wings that were not ready when promised, wasting my time and forcing me to rearrange my plans around their delays. Shame on me for giving them a 3rd chance

Ordered just a 15 pc chicken combo and they came in a pool of oil. No seasoning was able to stick to the chicken because there was just too much oil everywhere. Our chicken just ended up tasting like oil. Please do better

One of my favorite wingstop in San Diego area!! This place is clean, well maintained, staff is very organized, they’re fast to serve and accurate on their orders, the flavor of my wings were the same original taste I always love, dine in the restaurant is very cozy, and the layout is diferent from others!

The workers here are horrible and super lazy I walked in and everyone was doing nothing and yapping not doing what they were supposed to do. The workers were not washing there hands and the inside smells like weed who ever owns this place needs to fire there whole staff. I waited for 1 hr for my food and when I got it it was all Burnt like they air fried it for an hour. Half of my wings were black and tasted like charcoal if any of you workers can see this quit your life

Your associates and especially Ticorie, was wonderful and always extremely kind. His grand customer service almost brought me to tears as he substituted my order to my liking. We placed an order for pickup and this is how we received both our sandwiches. I had to toss it since the bottom was the same. Atleast wish they had the decency to change the buns. Unfortunately i couldnt go back to get a refund since i was at work when i realized it was burnt.

Called asked to take an order…. Heard lady go yell at manager asking how process order then without telling me anything was placed on hold . After holding for minutes I hung up came inside store to order. In store service was terrible as well definitely need upgraded staff here to say the least.
