Justin And Christina Review Washington Foodie
I was here October 27th around 11 am. I received horrible service from start to finish. No hi, hello, welcome in. Even though I said hello. I felt rushed and the “sandwich maker” was so rude and would ask me what I wanted – then did the opposite. I said I didnt want it toasted – she toasted it. I let her do it because i didnt want to be rude. She asked what sauce I wanted – i said oil and vinegar- she said “that comes later”. So I frantically just picked a random sauce. We moved on the veggies, and then I remembered that I wanted a 2nd sauce and I asked for that, she stated again “what veggies”. I asked for a certain veggie on half of the sandwich and she put it on the whole thing. Over all, I dont like how I was penalized the entire time, while she got to make multiple mistakes on something im paying for. This was my first time at this location and I will absolutely NEVER come back or recommend. Oh and the sandwich was gross.

This Subway is a small trailer, but it is very convenient for those working in this area of JBLM. There is only one person working the trailer so you might end up waiting quite a while for lunch if there is a line. This Subway only serves lunch. They have most of the same sandwiches and ingredients you get in a full sized Subway. The staff are always nice and they do their best as a one person shop.

It might be psychological because of the report that I heard about the tuna not being tuna and bread having so much sugar in it that it is cake. But I just ate half of a foot long, and I do not feel good. May be the heat today! ♀️Hard pass next time.

Customer service is disgusting. I understand that it’s lunch and it’s a rush hour but to be rude to your customers is very disgusting. Not the whole staff just the one girl with glasses. Never going back to this subway.

Once upon a time, this location got an order correct. I would recommend the other subway located in clothing and sales.
