There was a young guy there that was absolutely helpful! But then there was a Indian looking man that was there that was absolutely awful he was rude. If he wasn’t I apologize Couldn’t just politely speak to me about it anything. The photos are at the bottom. I even offered him a tip but then he gave it back because he knew he was rude then I even told him okay well give it to your nice co-worker in the back that’s obviously younger than you and newer than you. And the younger one was absolutely great. I don’t know if management has been changed but the older was absolutely rude. I come here all the time and the food is always great I don’t know what this is the mushrooms weren’t even cooked. I was absolutely appalled at this situation because I always go there after I get my nails done. Now this rude person that has been hired has absolutely turned me away

Italian village pizza is awesome, they cook pizza to perfection. The dough was super soft but still crispy exactly how my wife and I like it. The sauce is very nice and they put the perfect amount of cheese. Every slice comes with a cheese pull. I couldn’t even get a picture before we ate because we were so ready to eat. This is a must try if you’re in Orlando. The service here is great, very nice and very quick with making your meal.

Wow just wow…about a year ago, to be nice and just because, the young lady who gave me my food, also gave me two coupons for a free cheese slice. Husband and I had a craving and some unexpected guests and figured, let’s go order some food and while we are at it, we will redeem our coupon and give to the picky child that we were bringing food for. As soon as we walked in a very sweaty, confused looking man roughly said, ” I can’t take that, you must have gotten that TEN years ago with the old owners, if I take it the NEW owner will be so angry.” He then proceeded to say, ” look, I can show you an entire box of those, we don’t use and can’t take.” So if the NEW owners have been there for ten years , why would you still be calling them NEW and why would I still have a mint condition coupon, and why just why would you still have a box of coupons you will never use from the OLD owner TEN years ago just chilling? Lol just asking? Which to his disnay, he never did find the box BTW. He then said” I’ll just give you a free slice but I will NOT be taking THAT card!” So let me get this straight, the amount of time it took you to ridicule, “explain”, look for a box, be negative, in the end you were going to do it anyway? So the owner is cool with you giving away a free slice, just as long as It’s not accompanied with a coupon that validates the transaction? This guy didn’t know if he was coming or going, spewing out senseless rabadab. Of course out of embarrassed we said, no thank you and left……while sweaty guy still was going crazy looking for a box, lmfao”. Unfortunately he didn’t give us a chance to let him know we had guests at our home and was going to make a rather large order, and unfortunately the NEW owners, lol, lost out on revenue and a customer, all over 2 slices of cheese pizza for a picky child, can you imagine? So the solution…we went a mile down the road to PIZZA PARADISO, gave them our business ( and we will be returning), and the gentleman there enjoyed the free entertainment as we shared our sweaty rabadab Italian Village pizza guy story. Phenomenal customer service, better prices and wayyyyy better pizza, glad it happened actually because I would have wasted my money at Italian Village and never new about the hidden gem at PIZZA PARADISO…., the best part, for shits and giggles, the owner at PIZZA PARADISO gave me a FREE small cheese pizza since he actually really couldn’t take my coupon, without me even asking. Italian Village needs to learn how to keep customers and how to do customer service from them! Thank you Italian Village for the referral.

I CHALLENGE you and beg you to check the cameras in front of my face and call me a liar then. You’re just butt hurt because your pizza, workers, and customer service sucks. Unlike you , I don’t need to lie. Did you even ask the man if this happened or investigate the validy of the review instead of just wasting no time with your accusations of calling me liar? That’s the only false thing here. Given the time it took for you to reply I doubt it. I wrote the review at 2:30 A.M. and by 8 AM. you already replied. But you “challenged” me and I sent the proof so I hope you like looking dumb. I’m sorry you as the owner are not there and don’t want to believe that this is how your customers are treated and your business is being ran during your absence, this is reality , my friend. I stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food and service was! Ordered a steak and cheese sub with fries and a fountain drink which was one of several lunch specials.
The bread was fresh and made in-house. Steak and veggies were perfect.
It was a tough choice since the pizza and pepperoni rolls looked delicious as well.
I will definitely be coming back everytime I’m in the area.

This Pizzeria has changed so much. New owner doesn’t look like keeping the place up to date is his outlook. For him is to sell. The area where before the pizza display counter was full with all types of pizza. Now its empty with pizza who knows how long it has been there. Yet, the pizza had a good flavor, asked for it crunch to bite but not. The refillable machine for drinks was broken and seemed it will not be fixed cause had can soda fridge. Too bad. It was once a good place to go and eat

I was looking for a pizzeria as I just moved here from New York, and stumbled upon this place which had videos and reviews however something isn’t right. I ordered buffalo chicken slice, spin/ tomato, steak pizza, and two beef Patties. The chicken was on the “buffalo” chicken pizza the description of pizza says grilled chicken on bed of mozzarella I literally got a plain slice w chicken tossed in buffalo sauce, steak pizza also says it’s white pizza grilled green peppers etc… I got plain w steak, and spinach and tomato also mentions white pizza w spinach n tomato I got plain slice again w spinach n tomato . I’m confused because the description doesn’t match the slices so I won’t be ordering here again.

We ordered the white pizza and it was thin and delicious. Not too greasy or too much garlic. They sliced the 16″ pizza into 12 slices, plenty for the whole family! I’d say that size pizza was good for about 4 people.

Tried this place for the first time today. My boyfriend got the stromboli, I got a calzone, my daughter had the spaghetti with meatballs and we ordered garlic knots. Everything tasted great, the garlic was done well and my boyfriend is a cook himself, raved about his stromboli! Service was great as well, everyone behind the counter were friendly and courteous. My mom lives right down the road so we will definitely be back!
