I came at 5:00pm and was told they stop selling warm breakfast sandwiches 30mins before closing which is odd because I came the day before and was greeted with wonderful customer service and made a warm breakfast sandwich at 5:00. I was told it was policy to turn the oven off at 5:00.

Update: They’ve really improved and are very consistent. I’ve noticed that they know their regular’s names. Love that!
The only reason to go to this location is because it’s conveniently close and tax free. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked the cashier if I could redeem a free drink in the app and she quickly got an attitude with me as if I should have known. They talk to you as if you are an inconvenience. The other day the coffee was burnt.. please spend .50 cents more elsewhere for quality product and service.

I was honestly appalled at how rude the woman at the register was. I wish I would have thought to get her name. Veterans who have served a long time for this country come to this Starbucks and her lack of patience with them was shocking to me. She was rude to me, and rude to the older gentleman veteran with me. It’s not okay.

I ordered a chai latte on ice with the ex shot of espresso they gave me it warm with no shot and I explained to them that I wanted a chai latte not just chai tea I wanted a shot of espresso in it they just dumped it into a cup with ice didn’t even add the shot of espresso that I paid for and then topped it with whip cream

Unfortunately I keep getting over charged for my drink. Starbucks corporate has been informed and the district manager should be in touch with this locations manager soon! A grande ristretto latte is standard with three shots not two! I keep getting charged an additional 80 cents, even after politely letting the store manager know three shots of ristretto is standard for a grande. Hope this issue is resolved soon!
