I came in for a BLT and I always get it with spinach leaves replacing the lettuce. I don’t ask for much and I was surprised they didn’t have spinach leaves. The selection overall was less than other Wawas.
So instead I tried the cheesesteak. See image. It was wet and soggy. Easily the worst cheesesteak I’ve ever had. I’m in shock. Can’t say how it compares to other Wawas tbf bc it was my first time.

Been coming here for years. Good days & bad days. Some employees are nice, others don’t care. I went here earlier today & ordered a kids meal. First off there was hardly anybody in the store & they took such a long time bc all the employeesdo is stand around bs’ing with each other. One girl was polite & said excuse me do you want to try a sample of hot chocolate, so I did. They guy who made my meal was very rude. Called my #, walked away, came back threw the water in the bag & it tipped over! Said nothing. I gave him a look & he said have a nice day. My grilled cheese was barely warm, the cheese did not melt & it was made upside-down. I ordered apple slices & got apple sauce. I mean if they were outta the apple slices he should have said something. This place has gone done hill with hiring nice, caring people. Definitely not coming back!

Today I went to fill up with gas, I always do. The attendant saw me stop and went to another customer who arrived after me. That’s unfair. They should be more attentive to their work and faster. It seems like they’re too tired. They’re not attentive and they seem to work angrily.

Love Wawa and it’s staff. The problem I have is with the large number of unmarked, white, box trucks that occupy the parking lot in the morning, every morning. They park anywhere/anyway they want. They block people in spots. They think putting their flashers on makes it okay. They are inconsiderate and rude. There are 4 islands of gas pumps, only 1 island has diesel and they basically camp out in the parking lot waiting for fuel. It’s disastrous for any pedestrians because you can’t see around them.

Every time I get a ck chowder soup its the same thing. Just went in 20 minutes ago and I ordered the same soup and all I got was broth and a little bit of carrots very little ck in it. For the price. I could’ve bought me a whole Ck with it. Need more food professionals working at wawa. This is actually the 3rd time that happens. Wawa its thinking about the spenders but how much profit will get out of each tiny bit of Ck they give us, if its Ck!

I preorderd soup using my phone app. I do this to save time and typically does. Went in and saw clearly was my order because it was labeled with my order # & name and it was soup all packed up near but not at the pickup window it was right out of my reach. Which happens often. I waited 5 minutes while they talked amongst themselves and didn’t respond when I askd excuse me. It wasn’t until a manager came out and saw me waiting that I could get my soup and go to work. Then when I went to eat it the cup was only filled 1/2 way with mostly broth and a few pieces of vegetables. Did they run out?? When I get the same chicken noodle at other wawas its always hearty, full of noodles and chicken and filled asbit should be. This is not the 1st time which prompted me to leave a review.

Clearly don’t know how to read or comprehend instructions. Messed up the ENTIRE order. Deli meats aren’t what they’re supposed to be, missing condiments, WRONG condiments. Extremely lackadaisical crew. Will never go back to this Wawa. Don’t waste your time. Go to quickchek, or even 7/11. Better yet, I’m sure the Sunoco gas station right up the road provides better service.
