Shockingly good food. We went on a Monday which has a limited menu. Service was painfully slow. Took a long time to get a waitress. Then took a long time to get drinks. And then an agonizingly long time to get the food. All while there were only a few tables with people. But again everyone liked their food so that part was worth it. Cool place with a cool vibe. Lots of patio games like connect four and cornhole. Great patio. They have an outdoor stage which would be great for live music.

Place looks great! Food pictures looked great too. Yet the brunch I recieved was not great at all. I had a so called gumbo. My thoughts are they need to remove this from the menu if it always looks the way it did. Eggs and bacon not hard to make but over medium eggs came out over hard. Check out the gumbo and you be the critic.

Have always heard this place had great food so the wife and I stopped in to check it out. I ordered the fiesta smashburger. It was massive, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. Honestly, the best burger I’ve had in the area! My wife ordered the sirloin. The waitress informed us that they were out of the sirloin cut and offered to give her the new york strip for the same price which was pretty nice of them. Steak was flavored nicely, cooked to perfection, and an excellent cut of meat. Our server was attentive, informative, and incredibly polite. 10/10 recommend this place.

My family and I were passing through yesterday and stopped here to grab a bite to eat and let the kids stretch their legs, and we were extremely impressed with the food, the service, the entire environment! If we lived closer, I would absolutely come here for live music and enjoyable downtime. Our waitress was phenomenal. The food was delicious! And they have games and things of that nature on the patio for the children to stay entertained… The establishment was very clean and the service was very fast! If we are ever passing through again, we will definitely be back!

Food & pricing were very disappointing. Ordered Kids Mac n Cheese w a chicken strip ($11). None of the kids ate the Mac n cheese because it was “Spicy”. Who makes Kids Mac n cheese spicy?
Ponchatrain Red Fish dinner described w garlic butter …
covered w what tasted like tomato paste. Terrible waste of a good piece of fish. Politely told this to waitress so she could let chef know. She was very nice about it.
They gave us 50% off of the 4 kids meals and the Ponchartrain meal.
Now hold on to your eye balls…. 4 beer/2 chiltons, 3 appetizers(boudin balls-2 balls to an order & a small dish of covered fries), 4 adult meals(1 was a sandwich)
$347, disc $41.50, large party chrg +20%-$68.40, 3% CC fee, tax-$25.25
$400.15
Love the atmosphere and space for kids but will not return as the food was disappointing especially at that price. Needs some work.

We were there at 130pm, waited for a long time for drinks and honored food. Several tv’s were up too loud at the same time. Very disorganized. Like it was their first day open ever. We ordered the burgers. They were ok. Salty burgers. Flies were a problem too.

Party of 3. I got boiled shrimp that had no seasoning and was raw in the center. I sent that back. I then ordered a Cobb salad with fried chicken – the ingredients tasted of plastic or silicone. It had black olives, which Cobbs don’t usually have, but they were the only edible part. The olives were all I ate. Our server was lovely but did not offer to send the salad back. I kinda get why; I imagine sendbacks happen a lot there. They should buy boomerang-shaped plates.
My aunt had the chicken fried steak, which she said was ok though very well-done. My cousin had chicken strips that had the same plastic taste. They both had mashed potatoes that looked promising but had no flavor or salt. Nothing seemed to have salt.
This wasn’t my first disappointing experience there, but it will be the last.

Food was fresh and delish, Club sandwich was enough for 3 people, Queso and seasoned chips were delicious. Service friendly and fast. Love the decor! Will definitely come back when in town.

If you have read my reviews, you will know 5 stars are reserved for the very best. Passing through town when my wife chose this place for lunch and wow, just wow. Staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Establishment was clean, with an inviting atmosphere and well planned out. The food was perfect. We had a smash burger, seasonal Greek salad, kids grilled cheese, and kids Mac and cheese. All of which were loved. My wife, a restaurant owner, can be quite critical of food, service, and drinks and said the food was amazing, and the mimosa was the best shes ever had. Chef Kat and our server Shanna left no detail untouched. We will be driving back from Austin just to go here. Highly recommend it. Great job!
