I don’t know how this pizza hut has less than 4 stars. They are almost always quick, somehow the pizza tastes like it used to in the good old days of the hut when other locations come grossly short. I come here more often than I used to at other locations because of it. I’m not sure what they’re doing to or with the pizza compared to others but keep doing what you’re doing. Also, I appreciate them not adding tips on my card with pickup orders like several of the other St Louis locations do.

This was the worst experience I have had as far as food quality goes. I asked for a large pan pizza light sauce extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese and alot of sauce. Also the crust was not fully cooked. I also ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra chicken and there was barley enough chicken to cover half of the pizza. It was pretty much a cheese and buffalo sauce pizza.

I did delivery, I was home all day, wanted pizza, opened the app and saw they had a pepperoni lovers for $12.99 (& 3 other iconic pizzas to choose from)
got it with ‘light sauce’ as I requested so that’s the reason for “bubbling” by the crust and a Pepsi 2 ltr
Arrived within 20 minutes and was delicious. A lot of cheese! Mmmmm!! & I wasn’t thinking about taking a pic until I already ate a few slices !!
I did a contactless delivery and my instructions for leaving it were also met

I went in to the location and it was very up kept also out of the 11 years of coming here they got my pizza right and it was amazing thank you katheryn for being friendly and making hands down one of the best pizzas in town will definitely be back

This location is so hit or miss. Sometimes my pizza is perfect and I’m happy. But other times it’s downright terrible and unacceptable. If you don’t order extra cheese you basically WONT get any cheese at all. This has happened on more than one occasion and it’s upsetting. See my picture from my last order. Where’s the cheese????

Honestly, Some of the best customer service i’ve had. Not Just at pizza hut, but anywhere. I ordered at the wrong location, the guy was very apologetic, offered to (and did) call the other location to cancel my order and refund me as well as hustling to remake my order there. He was very charismatic, jelly beaned well with the townies in front of me and myself while we were all waiting. He then looped back to something i said off the cuff earlier prior to waiting on the remake of the pizza and told me to have a good evening. I’m writing this review because the customer service was just unexpectedly fantastic and professional. The pizza was actually way better than i expected to, did the Tavern style pizza for the first time and impressed with it. I never thought id be putting in thought to go back to pizza hut, but honestly it was impressive.

Went to pick up my pizza tonight, told the young kids working there that it looked like they forgot the sauce. They ensured me it had sauce, got home and didn’t have a drop of pizza sauce on it. Had to throw that dry, hard, pizza away. Won’t be going back there, especially after I POINTED OUT THEIR MISTAKE, WASTED MY MONEY.

Ordered a pizza , I understand they were busy it was a Friday evening. My pizaa had been slung all over toppings were a mess and on the top of the box. Pieces were everywhere you could not tell that it was eve a whole pizza. I understand and off night, but when you spend the money that it costs for pizza these days you just expect a little care to be taken with your food.
