The woman was quite nice but even the best customer service could not make up for the quality of food I was given. The beef stew was very watery and the rice was somewhat uncooked. My spouse ordered chicken but it was dried out as if it had been in the display well past its expiration time, if any.
I will not recommend to anyone simply because this is the second time I had a bad experience with their selection. I only tried it again at the request of my spouse but even they regretted returning again.

My favorite Latin eatery. It’s in Kensington. But don’t let that stop you from eating good. The lasagna is so good all the time. Everything there is good. The place is always spotless and you can get organic juice too. Enjoy

I ordered a small rice n beans to go. This lady had the audacity to ring me up with the total being $10.60!!!! The container was ridiculously small, and the lady literally put 1 1/2 scoops of rice in this flimsy little container(which probably cost them about 3 cents worth of rice for the “serving” they gave me) Once they told me how much they wanted for this I actually laughed out loud and asked them repeatedly if they were serious, because $10+ dollars for rice, a couple beans and NO MEAT is the funniest most disrespectful thing I had heard in a while. Finally the owner comes out from the back and I ask her if that was really the price, cuz if so they all crazy. She said, Oh, meat? $5. I said you can keep your dried out scoop of rice. They are the biggest rip off in the area. Wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t waste your time or money there. 1/10. Yuck!

I don’t know about the rest of the people who are giving reviews on here but I keep getting asked to review places that I’ve never visited much less heard of. I’m giving this place 3 stars just to be fair because I only wanted to let people know the problem I’m having now. I suspect that they are just trying to get people to visit this app and have fresh information and I further suspect that some people are getting the same thing but giving a review anyway to make themselves look well travelled or popular. My advice is to ask someone you know or just take a chance. I no longer have trust in this app

Food looks and tastes great! Very easy to order even though I speak little Spanish. Staff was nice. Highly recommend the beef. Tastes amazing. Definitely coming back!

The food here is not fresh at all everything looks and tastes rotted or dried out from being reheated So many times. They don’t care what they serve you either. It looks like they cook maybe every two weeks and just reheat the food until it’s spoiled. I wouldn’t be surprised if you found parasites in the food. Absolutely disgusting this place needs to be shut down. The ladies who work here will serve you anything to get money out of you. They won’t tell you how long things have been sitting there either but if your Hispanic YOU KNOW!

I tried to order over the phone for the first time and the lady said. She doesn’t speak English. I know enough Spanish to order Tacos. So I Began to announce my order before I could get a word out she hung up on me. It made me feel as if i dont speak your language you don’t want my business. NEVER AGAIN

I was charged $2.50 for a pastelillo with cheese. They was $1.50 and bc of cheese it’s a dollar more. I won’t buy them there no more. I’m waiting to speak to the owner bc it’s was an employee who charged me that amount at a time when money is tight. I when there bc they always had reasonable prices but today change that for me. So i only give one of my favorite places to buy food

Finally got to try this place and I was impressed. My first time having stewed chicken…where has this been all my life?! Everything I tried was great with the exception of the dessert. The dessert wasnt homemade by them like everything else and it wasnt good. My guess is if they made it it would be awesome like the rest of the food.
