Twin Gates Lounge

First time visiting, the server was attentive and the food was affordable. I reckon it’s a sports bar and lounge so peak EPL, IPL, T20 season the atmosphere will be different and more electric. 10/10 will go back.

Went for lunch with a friend for the 1st time at Twin Gates Lounge. I saw customers picking up food. Staff just looked at us without advising us which line to join until I realized we were in the wrong line. Still staff just looked at us. Ordered a jerk chicken pasta and was standing in line waiting to collect the food and wondering where the food was while others who came after us were being served. Then a staff member said the pasta was done to order which we were not advised about while purchasing the food. Finally got the food after a wait and the pasta was dry with hardly any chicken in it. Will not be going back there. The staff needs customer service training instead of stares.

The food presentation was good and it was lightly seasoned. We had the garlic shrimp.
Customer service – I had to call our waitress over in order to conclude our meal and satisfy the bill.
Price – moderate.

It was fine, they didn’t really have the drinks I wanted but the one I had was good however there was a server that kept staring at me. That made me really uncomfortable so we left after having a drink.

I enjoyed that this was a quiet restaurant in the heart of the city. The food was okay although not much vegetarian choices available, and to find out that there were no blended cocktails in a restaurant and cocktail bar was a let down. The restaurant itself was clean, the bathroom was messy & smelly. The staff were mostly polite and helpful especially the security guy who invited us into the restaurant as we walked by looking for a restaurant, he also directed us to the bathroom and called the bar maid to take our order who seemed very preoccupied with her phone and not interested in us as customers at all.

Grateful and thankful!! Guys you rock, again thank you. My family came to dine on Sunday after church and they were closed for dine in. We were visiting with family from abroad and wanted to dine in and seeing our disappointment to be able achieve this the manager said come on in we will accommodate you. Made our day and added great memories as we bonded together over some delicious meals of our choice. We will always remember this special occasion. Thank you Twin Gates Lounge! ❤️❤️
