FOOD-Burger pretty god, 4/5. Fries-Excellent. Custard taste pretty damn good, never tasted ANYTHING like it. 5/5.
SERVICE-would actually rate 2.5: Food came quickly, despite it being lunchtime.
BUT…
1. Burger didn’t come with tomato, which I paid 30¢ extra for. I know it’s only 30¢, but when you love tomato on your burger, it makes a diff. (Didn’t go complain because it was SO busy.)
2. Ordered the caramel pecan single ‘scoop’ custard with hot caramel topping. Got NOTHING like the picture, just a white amount of custard with a teeny-tiny HINT of sweetness, (might’ve been caramel, I don’t know) and ONE pecan on the very bottom.
No hot caramel on top.
I did this time ask and the person at the counter said ‘it was mixed in with the custard.’.
Yeah, NO.
It was still pretty good custard. The flavor was in between great ice cream and yogurt.
ATMOSPHERE-It’s a fast food place, the usual set up like a Farmer Boys.

Burger got burned, I brung food back inside to be remade and it still was wrong. The manager was very nice about getting it fixed but, the staff are not professional in how they handle food and I’ve visited a Culver’s before and never had all of the issues that this Culver’s provides. The burger was super salty that is wasn’t able to be edible so I threw it away but I do appreciate the manager for trying to get them to fix things an do the right thing far as food quality etc.

The customer was amazing along with the food. Takiemah was excellent she smiled and even though it was at the window she was very welcoming. To make the experience more memorable the owner herself Jana came to window to say hello with a smile. So yes stop by Culvers for great food and EXCELLENT service!!!

This was our first time eating at a Culvers and it was pretty good. The burgers were great and I’m always happy to find a fast food place that offers a mushroom swiss and burger. Our sides, fries and onion rings, were pretty mediocre. The highlight for us was the custard for sure. The Oreo cheesecake flavor of the day was delicious. Service at the counter was disconnected and borderline rude, but the table service guy made up for it by being especially helpful. The dining room also feels a step above most fast food places.

Ordered the walleye dinner. I was told they were out of coleslaw but they wanted to up charge me for a substitute. Like why should I be up charged for their issue. Then suddenly one coleslaw was found. I was asked what sauce I wanted and requested the honey mustard. I was given my to go order. Got to the car and looked in the bag. No coleslaw, no fork, no napkin, no honey mustard. I won’t be back.

Pot roast and mashed taters just like mom made! Beats any fast food place in town. Paid 27 dollars and five guys next door last week for A Burger small fries and drink and it was not worth it. Ate at Culver’s today and DA GONE amazing 11 bucks. Clean place, nice staff, fresh food and pleasant dining area. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Would not hesitate. They offer milkshakes that looked awesome but my gut was full of give it a try.

Arrived at 5:30. 2 lines full of people. Order taken in decent amount of time. Staff got overwhelmed. We thought they forgot about our order and when my son went to check they were preparing it. This is the second time that has happened. Found 2 errors on the receipt. Too busy to correct. Errors in ice cream order. All mixed up. Got an extra dish that probably belonged elsewhere. Staff is very friendly and well meaning but just need more practice on attention to detail. Didn’t take our number tags for food or icecream from the table. Owners need to be more present. There was a young person there who was not adept at running the register.
Give him credit for trying. Corporate needs to visit to keep this place on track. Don’t want to see it fail.

Super friendly at the window. Easy to order and understand the menu. Ive been here about 5 times since they have opened and I havent had any issues or a bad meal yet. Probably an unpopular opinion but the crispy chicken sandwich IS better than their burgers! I hope they are successful.
