Very cool experience, did the high Tea. Small seating area so ensure you make reservations in advance. Worth the $$ 45 per person when we went. Good selection of teas and nice high tea snacks. they even have hats that you can borrow to make it special fancy !! Staff is amazing and helpful,,, and yes they do allow doggy bags to bring leftovers home.

I attended a Halloween themed tea with several family members. The place was very well decorated for the occasion. The food was also creatively designed for the event.
Unfortunately the room was packed full and was so noisy we could barely hear the others at our table beyond the person beside us. We were also disappointed in the rushed service. It was very clear that they needed to turn the tables for the next tea.

My friend and I reserved a spot for tea for Christmas and it did not disappoint, true scones with Devonshire cream and preserves, the food was delicious and the Candy Cane tea was phenomenal $45 each
Support great Tea houses the local spots that care about what they serve
Avoid the “Toodles” want to be tea rooms that are $15 per person more for frozen crap

Immaculate tea service every time! The tea and food is amazing and artfully prepared. They take time for the small details. The Queens Parlor is a beautifully decorated space that takes you back in time.

The atmosphere, the service, and the tea was very nice. However, when I called to see if the Parlour had any gluten and dairy free items, they told me that my allergies could be accommodated so I completed my over the phone reservation. When I arrived for the tea, they told me that they were not aware of any allergies and that this needed to be ordered in advance. With some juggling, they were able to accommodate my allergies. To my great surprise, I was charged an additional dietary allergy fee of $14.00.
My issue is that the reservationist, never asked if there were any dietary needs nor was I informed that there would an additional charge. My other issue, is that the food was just mediocre. The deserts and cold soup were overly sweet. The tea package and the additional fee were greatly overpriced!
I would not recommend this place unless the menu changes and the reservationists were better trained. This Parlour has such great potential!!!!

I had such high hopes for this. I’m from England and love having high tea so when our original plans fell through and we were able to get a reservation and they said they could accommodate my gluten free diet I was delighted. The castle is beautiful and the tea room is adorable. I loved the tea selections and the teapots. Unfortunately when our tea service started the food was less than good. The gluten free scone was dry and like sawdust. The fruit cup looked stale, the strawberries were already turning mushy and the blueberries looked like they had been frozen. The sandwiches were even worse, the gluten free bread was awful, dry and hard. One was an inedible piece of beef which was just gristle, the other was chicken salad. The chicken soup shot was weird and salty. I have to add I have never had soup at high tea so maybe it just threw me off. The dessert tray was better and the chocolate was really good, but everything was so sweet. The service was pleasant but my husband was ignored and the lady only really explained the menu to me. For the price, I left extremely disappointed.

Very disappointed. The staff were friendly, and the tea was very good. Unfortunately the scone was the only item on our menu that had any flavor. For $45 I expected more. I would not recommend.
