My family and I have ordered the large family meal that’s $109 on two separate occasions. The first time was on New Year’s Eve for our large family celebration. They left out all of our major meat ( ribs and pork) and most of the sides. My Mom lives in Fayette and picked it up on her way to my house which is almost a two hour drive away. It wasn’t till she was here that we noticed most of our food was left out. They wanted us to drive all the way back there and then drive back to my house again! Thankfully they did end up making things right a few days later. But still left us in a major bind. We had another family occasion this past Saturday. So I called several days in advance and ordered the same meal for $109. My mom picked it up and made sure everything was there. It was! When it was time to eat we discovered that ALL the ribs were burnt to a crisp! We tried to eat them anyway but they were very tough. The pork for the sandwiches was dry and lacked flavor. The Mac n Cheese and Baked Beans were good though. But if we are paying $109 for a family member we expect the quality of the food to be good and edible as well. Y’all have got to do better. Whoever packed the meal knew those ribs weren’t edible and yet y’all gave us them anyway. This is strike two! I may or may not be back again. But one thing I do know is I’ll never order another large family meal. This place came highly recommend and it’s been nothing but a disappointment.

Great place to eat, my grandson had a birthday so my whole family ate there. Very clean and friendly. Did not take but only a few minutes to get our orders. So stop by and pick up a bite to eat ,you won’t be disappointed.

The okra was cold, the BBQ chicken sandwich was served at room temperature, the cole slaw was good. When placing my order I asked for the BBQ special. I was asked sandwich only (sign reads fries and sandwich $7.50) so I said no I want the combo. This came to $12.05. Nothing great to write home about.

Definitely disappointed in this visit. My family all ordered a 6 piece hot wing combo. The quality was not worth $15.70…. We got home, opened the box and the wings were not fried hard like we asked, instead, they looked like they had not been cooked through all the way (they went in the air fryer). The fries were soggy and without season. I have definitely had some good experiences at Lisa’s but today….was not one of them.

I’ve always gotten to go orders here. The last few times the food went from bad to terrible. The other night I got 2 of the chicken tender plates with fries and a rack of ribs. The tenders and fries dripping grease. The ribs to tuff to eat. I gave the tenders to the dogs. The rest went in the trash. I spent $69.00 dollars on garbage. I can’t believe a cook would send food like this out. Needles to say they won’t see any more of my money. A word of advice check you’r order before you walk out. Because no one there cares about what they serve.

When I first moved to Fayette, I tried this place. Got a hamburger steak plate. Was NOT a fan of the onions being on the inside of the hb steak. Today, I decided to give this place another try. I got a large hamburger and order of onion rings. My food was hot and fresh and was enough for my husband and I to both eat on and get full. My food was ready within the 15 minutes they told me it would take.
