Went the other night after my husband & I left the hospital. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken wraps. Was told they had no crispy chicken for the wraps, asked if we were okay with grilled. Agreed to grilled spicy wraps, got regular grilled chicken wraps. Was told our name was in the book for remake. Got our food remade tonight since I was actually doing better and able to eat. Our wraps were dumped upside down in the bag where everything came out on top of our other food. Our fries both times were not even hot, more like barely warm. They remade the wraps and set them in their own bag. When asked what sauces we would like, my husband said sweet n sour and I got the garlic Sriracha.. we got Nashville hot sauce and the garlic Sriracha. I don’t know why it’s hard to give fresh hot food during dinner time, get sauces correct, or even make the right food but, we have decided we will not be coming back to this location. Definitely not worth it.

Let me first say thank you for being open on Christmas Eve. My family stops here every year on our drive from STL to GlenAllen. It was just my niece and I this year. We got there right before the late night rush so there was only a couple cars ahead of us. Our food was the best I’ve ever had from there. Service was great our food was fresh, hot and cooked perfectly. Just wanted to say Thank you so much to everyone who worked last night 12/24/2025 you are much appreciated.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews but having just gone here and getting very bad service I feel the need to. I ordered a munchie meal and only got 2 choices of burger and a drink. They never said why or gave me choices on sides. I said no onions or pickles and asked for ranch. They did not listen whatsoever. Barely any fries as well. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Stopped at Jack in the Box for a quick bite, and it was a mixed bag. On one hand, the convenience of a pit stop is appreciated, but on the other, our experience left much to be desired. Our order was mixed up, which wouldn’t have been too big a deal, but then it was handed to the customer behind us, adding confusion to our visit.
The cleanliness of the place didn’t impress either; both the dining area and the restrooms could definitely benefit from a bit more attention and care. It felt like the cleanliness standards were not being met, making the dining experience less enjoyable. While Jack in the Box usually offers a reliable option for fast food, this visit suggested that there’s room for improvement, especially in service accuracy and facility maintenance. Hoping for better next time.

First time trying Jack in the Box, not particularly impressed. They wanted exact change or card only. The service was ok, not overly kind or anything and certainly not that fast. They did get the order right. Maybe I didn’t order the best food to be ‘wowed’ but it was pretty basic. Similar to sonic. Too pricey and too many menu options.

Jack in the Box is a solid fast food place to stop in, they serve breakfast all day which is good. I would say probably the best fast food breakfast there is. I tried their new mini tacos and the chicken bacon ranch club sandwich today and it was very good and filling. If you like jack in the boxes normal tacos you will definitely like the minis. The sandwich was made well and not messy at all.

I love Jack in the box food, I get the tacos and to me they are so good. At this time you cannot dine inside during this Pandemic, but drive threw is open and the staff appear clean and have mask and gloves on. Recommend the tacos…

Looked forward to it. David didn’t disappoint !! Although prices have gone up like every where else. $21 just doesn’t go far.

Service was great. Bonus Jack was a joke. Looked like it was from the day before. Possibly the worst burger ever.

Food was fine but we ordered ranch at the window and as always it wasn’t in the bag. So we had to ask for it at the window. Then the young guy checking us out starts being rude saying “you’re fine this time but next time you have to ask at the window because I’m supposed to charge you for it. This place is about to shut down and we’re $1,000 over in sauce”. I get it being stressed out but if he would’ve just put the sauce in the bag to begin with there wouldn’t have been an issue.
