This place is a gem! The staff is so friendly, their bartender and server Joellen is welcoming, always has a smile on her face! The food is excellent and they have a good variety of options. They also have a bar with mixed drinks, wine and draft beer. We love coming here! They have vegetarian options.

We just moved in the neighborhood but found this place when we were looking for a local butcher and saw they severed sandwiches. My wife and I have tried a lot of the top rated places in Austin for subs and this was by far our new favorite I got the meatball and the meatballs tasted like they were made that day with fresh onion and oregano. Wife for the California and she loved but couldn’t even finished it because the portion was so reasonable. Will definitely be back. Also the vibe in there was awesome all locals and they got beee on tap!

The most disappointing part about your visit here is that there are so many delicious options that the traumatic grip of analysis paralysis pushes you into culinary FOMO. I was finally able to settle on the Pastrami and Swiss, with onion rings. Nothing here disappointed. I could not pass up dessert but did have to take it home for later.

Wow! Awesome meal from here. I had Chicken Cheese Steak with mushrooms and their special relish, to go. It came quick, hot, and very large. Definitely worth a stop, if you are in the area.

Was my first time in with a couple of friends of mine. Sad at the bar to eat lunch at an awesome CBD drink. Got up without a back ache and had a full belly can’t remember my bartender’s name but very friendly made my first experience there one I’ll come back to

You definitely just go for the food. This is like a New York deli. You walk in and you’re not exactly greeted with the best hello. The folks that take your order aren’t exactly the friendliest people – they try. But it’s not genuine. It’s more like you’re in New York attitude. So just go for the food and don’t mind the attitude.
I would recommend the the big giant meat sandwich. I’m not sure if it’s a Philly cheesesteak.

On a road trip we stopped by here for some lunch, so we had never been before. I read some reviews that said the lady at the bar is rude, but she was honestly the sweetest. The layout of the place is a little different but she immediately helped us out, gave recommendations when we asked and provided great service. We had the philly cheese steak, meatball sub, and their thanksgiving sandwich. All were absolutely delicious, fresh and huge portions! My only regrets are not getting pictures of the food and not living closer….but would definitely revisit when we are in the area again.
