The young lady taking our orders was more interested in her phone than taking our order. Never acknowledged us another young lady had to tell her to get our order. However she was still scrolling on her phone and taking our order. I will use the word “lady” loosely. The good part about it the young lady who gave us our food has a beautiful soul and a beautiful smile.

I just had a not so good experience. I ordered the #5 in drive-thru with extra cheese no onion no pickles no mayo. My meal wasn’t fresh at all. My burger was microwaved so long the white cheese disappeared and my bread was wet & soggy around the edges as well as the meat and the fries had been sitting so they weren’t fresh either.
I returned it inside the store and the cashier was AMAZING both times.. My order was remade and I was disappointed again. The meat patties weren’t fresh as if they were cooked in advance bc my cheese was not melted. Cold meat with cold cheese.. I took 2 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and was craving this meal to end up extremely disappointed and upset because I spent $15 plus on my meal and the cook didn’t care enough to make it properly.. I pray I don’t end up sick from the two bites I took. I should’ve just went to Burger King for my meal.

I placed an online order for a Backyard Bacon Ranch Burger and went to pick it up. After I left, I realized I forgot to order fries, so I came back through to purchase them. While waiting on the fries, I looked in the bag and checked my burger. It didn’t have the onion rings on it, and it was made with a regular hamburger bun instead of the correct bun for that burger.
The fries I received also were not DQ fries. When I asked the cashier about the missing onion rings, she simply said they didn’t have any, but she never asked if I wanted a substitute or anything else. Had I not checked my burger myself, no one would have said anything. I also have picture proof of everything.

This is the first time I can remember my food being hot and on point since the full meal deal back in the 80s.. I don’t know if me visiting at 11:00 in the morning had anything to do with it but they didn’t serve me cold food and customer service was great, this time this will go down in history December 8th 2025

I went to get a pineapple Sunday n the man on the intercom acted like he couldn’t hear me or understand what I wanted. Had an attitude so I was like just give me a strawberry then. He was like what u want, in a cup in a owl etc with the worst customer service. It never use to be bad but now it is so bad if I want ice cream I got 2 go 2 a different location cause fortvally dq has become the worst ever if I could give 0 stars that what they’ll get. Go at ur own risk of getting bad customer service. I have at least 10ys of customer service n when I say bad

I went by the drive thru to get a blizzard. I tried the peach cobbler blizzard and was not very pleased. The peaches and the ice cream were good but I was not a fan of the cobbler pieces.
My gripe though is that I ordered a “mini” and that was not what I got. When I got to the window and I was told that the price was $6 something I asked if that was the price for a “mini” and I was told that it was. I thought the price for a “mini” was $4 something. I completed the purchase so as not to hold up the line. I was pleased to know after receiving the blizzard that I had been charged for a “medium” and given a “medium”. I know this is a frivolous gripe because I got what I paid for, but I did not get what I asked for. I just am not able to eat a medium, it’s too much, and I end up throwing a lot of it away which is why I order the mini. I don’t like to waste. Sorry for being petty.

Manager was running the takeout window and was very courteous and kind! Food actually was perfect n looked like the pictures (never happens). The rest of his staff seemed polite. Manager even offered me a small doggie cup for my furry buddy!

Drive thru… the person over the intercom said order when ready in a droll tone, then when I was ordering, he interrupted saying hold o hold on…. I responded you said order when ready, to which he responded, ‘someone was in my ear. By then I was just aggravated because this person should not be what customers hear…. he has zero customer service skills and I didn’t even place an order, I just said I changed my mind and went to Wendy’s. I will no longer support business that allow bad customer service to continue. Bye Bye Fort Valley DQ!
