It literally always stinks in here for some reason. Like dirty socks or laundry. Additionally the workers are extremely rude and have an issue when you use a coupon or points that you have accumulated. They immediately assume you are paying card and get annoyed when you pay cash. Horrible customer service. Not to mention the portions are small and the chips are always stale. Do better!

They obviously want to go home early or not do anymore prep past 10, they want a fast closing, I was in there at 10:35 maybe and they were out of various things mopping the floors, still getting their hourly though, still letting ppl walk in to walk right back out when they realize they are no longer serving various things, is this a management issue? Sourcing issue? Ingredient issue? Or employment issue, I’d think the last one seeing as they really don’t seem to want to be there or make any more food past 10 it’s happened to me several times now but now I think this isn’t a one off situation but an actual problem.

Service is slow, inattentive, and rude. The store is absolutely filthy. The food is Chipotle standard, so as to say fine if you really can’t bother to make or find anything else. Worst chipotle experience ever. Came in at 10pm last night – there were lots of employees but thet were all focused on shutting the store down to get out on time. The food was super cold. The ice machine had already been turned off – despite having more than hour left of being open. I would like a refund. Check the cameras

This place was very weird. First of all, one of the workers was doing all the bowls by herself because the other worker on the register was preoccupied talking to the customers. Second, said customers were standing by the register trying to get my points! They were loud and obnoxious. Aside from that, the place was filthy. I mean beans, rice, and wrappers everywhere—it was CRAZY!! Oh and the food was way too cold. All in all, this is a place you do pickup and no stay in. Management tighten up please and thank you.

Food came fast but with no care. We got a chicken quesadilla with rice and corn salsa on the side.
@ chicken quesadilla – we opened the bent lid to reveal a wet messy aluminum wrapped quesadilla. Juices are seeping out and the whole quesadilla is falling apart when we picked it up. See photos as reference.
@ rice – the rice is half raw! That’s incredible. I don’t understand the level of incompetency for raw rice to be served. Warm and crunchy. If that’s what you are looking for.
I went to a different chipotle yesterday and none of these things were an issue. Staff are unprofessional and all the tables and even some chairs are covered in sauce, trash, and wrappers.
tl;dr don’t come to this branch of chipotle. Raw rice and falling apart quesadillas.

Two days in a row, yesterday and then again today Monday, they stop serving food after 10, they basically just let it run out and what’s left is what’s left, yesterday I went in 3/2/2026 and they were out of 5 different ingredients, fatijas various meats etc tonight went in 3/3/2026 the were out of gauc at 10:10 pm I asked were they gonna make more, nope, what’s the point? Stay open till 10 and serve food till 10 that would be better than staying open till 11 and not serving food what about deliveries too? Do they stop at 10 pm when you actually close at 11 pm or instore pickups? I mean why pay all that rent and all those hourly employees if they constantly stop serving food an hour early to just stand there while you guys pay them?this has happened at least three times to me prior as well. Shoot just close the entire location down at this point. I’d rather a different food vendor that actually stays open till 11 pm

I walked into this Chipotle and my senses were immediately assaulted by an overwhelming poop smell. I mean truly overwhelming. I walked past the bathroom and towards the counter, expecting the smell to fade, but it did not. At all. Believe me when I say I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I was obviously skeptical given the reviews and previous experience some time ago but this place is so close I figured I’d try again. I get the previous reviews but have to say I had a good (Chipotle) experience – fresh guac, full burrito bowl, respectful workers. Just figured with all the bad reviews I’d at least acknowledge that the owner / new employees do seem to be trying to turn a new leaf, and I have nothing bad to say about my visit this time around. Appreciate the turnaround effort.
