The last two tines I have been there, I can really tell a difference in the store. There is a a personal interaction and conversation when I pick up my pizza. There is a sense of pride when they share about the specials and deals. I also think the space feels brighter and cleaner.

I placed an order on the app for curbside pick up. I arrived five minutes before the app said it should be ready. I went inside after waiting over 15 minutes for my food and not getting it. I did tell the store via online that I was at the store for pick up.when I got back to my hotel, I saw that by boneless wings did not have any of the garlic Parmesan sauce that was supposed to have and in my opinion my meat lovers pizza does not show extra cheese

Took awhile for delivery when it’s literally across the street and there Is the box looking like this when I get. Seals broken sides of the box hanging out. Then there is the preparation of the pizza. As you can see by the pictures they literally just threw whole stacks of pepperoni on the pizza. I won’t be ordering from this particular establishment again.

This place has really gone down hill. For the last few months there has been an issue with every order, about 6 in total. Very simple orders but they always mess it up. Wrong toppings, wrong crust style. On multiple pizzas, messing up multiple pizzas in one order. When I made the comment to the manager she replied, ” we try not to be human but it happens.” Try READING. Try checking the order as you prepare it so customers don’t have to tell you it’s wrong and then WAIT. A little QA training for the team is in order! The only reason I keep giving them a chance is they apply a credit instead of a refund so it’s been one credit after another. It’s just really disappointing. Pizza carryout or delivery is supposed to be easy and convenient. But when your kids won’t eat the pizza because it has the wrong toppings, well that’s not convenient at all.

Picked up 2 med hb mushroom onion jalapeño pizzas.
First the call taker said $47. I said cancel. She said I’ll fix it. I wish I could post the pic im putting on fb but I see no option for pics. She lowered the bill about $20 and we received cheese pizzas with total combined topping that would not fill one cup. Tasted good if you like cheese pizza. They were our favorite at one time but its pitiful now.

This place is amazing the lady was fun and quirky and that was a nice touch while I was ordering it made me feel welcome and she was fun to talk too the atmosphere is welcoming and clean and she took my order quickly and had it in the oven before I could even blink!!!
