I know when we go there, there’s gonna be great food, drinks and company. We go there to play social poker and beats driving to Laughlin. Met some amazing people and love when they have karaoke. I was a bit intimidated going into a bar where it seemed everyone knew everyone, but that’s just cause everyone is so friendly and down to earth. If you’re looking for good food and poker, this is the spot.

Nice, clean bar, needs soft tip darts (electronic Phoenix online boards) but has steel tip darts (for now) nice bartender, cold beer, hope to try some food my next visit, just moved to LHC AZ from California. Haven’t had the food yet, but beer was good and cold.

This bar is awesome. The pool tables, dart boards, and shuffleboard table are clean and well placed. The bar is more then good drinks and games though, the owners are good people and the atmosphere is very welcoming. If you go for the drinks you’ll come back for the friends. Thank you Randy and Renee, you truly have an amazing bar! We will be back for karaoke !

Arrived, got seated, placed order and waited 2 hours to get served. Food was ok, wasn’t impressed with the price, no free refills on drinks and to pay it took another 10 minutes for the server/cashier to get off of his personal call to cash me out.

Randy is a really great owner, the service is on point with the beautiful Daisy bartenders. Food is still delicious and really worth a try, even to take home! I’m really glad to see this local business still thriving.

My wife and I wanted dinner and drinks, and wanted to try somewhere we hadn’t been before. It is only about five minutes from our house, so we wanted to give it a try. Stopped in on a Saturday evening at 7:30pm. When we walked in, found a table, as we were taking our seats the bartender came from the back and greeted us and said she was closing. Google shows they are open until 10pm. We will not be back, we like places that we know will be open when we go for dinner at 7:30pm. If you are planning to visit, may want to call and see if they are open. We went and had a GREAT experience at The Poor House!
