WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I went to this location today because I saw a TikTok saying they were having BOGO for national sandwich day. I was informed by the disrespectful woman who made my sandwich that you had to have a coupon that was mailed to you. I should’ve walked out then. The woman making my sandwich was rude, slamming the sandwich down, throwing the toppings in with a clear attitude, then the associate at the register was basically yelling at me while I decided what drink I wanted because they had the bottles in one row facing the wrong way instead of having the labels facing the front. I honestly should’ve just left right there but was in a rush for an appointment and hungry. They need to work on their customer service skills ASAP. Don’t go here!! (Just added a picture of my sandwich that was just thrown in the wrapping and tossed around)

I attempted to patronize this location around 6:34pm on 02/03/26. Harlo was rude, smug and generally unprofessional. If he doesn’t like his job, then he should get another one.
He was too busy slicing meat to return my greeting when I spoke, or hear me when I changed my mind. Immature individuals like him are why many customers lose their cool. I didn’t lose mine, but his smug, condescending attitude deserved it.
You’d think leadership at this location would do and expect better, it being West Bloomfield and all.

Update: I went back today to get my sub and I must say it was very good. Thank you for redeeming yourself Jersey Mike’s. The service was great and they were very apologetic about my 1st experience. Thank you again. (5 Stars) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My first time ever having their subs. I was asking fb who should I try. Suggestions were Jersey Mike, Jimmy John or Penn Station. I chose Jersey. I was chowing down (lol) and hair was in my sandwich. Omg, I was so disappointed. Called and they said I get a credit for a free sub. I’m reluctant now and probably will let someone else have it.I definitely will be trying the other suggestions and hopefully no hair will be in my food. Yukky

Very unprofessional place no one sterilizes their hands just putting gloves on. I asked the young lady if she could sterilize before making the food. She disregards and continues to have conversations with other employees. Not sure how they’re passing the sanitation laws. This place is filthy .

I’ve been a regular customer at Jersey Mike’s for the past couple of months, and while I generally enjoy the food and service at other locations, my recent experience at this particular store was disappointing. During my visit this past Monday, I felt rushed by one of the staff members—a young man with several tattoos.
While I typically don’t comment on individual employees, I’ve noticed a recurring issue at this location. Despite often being the only customer in the store, the service feels hurried and impersonal. Additionally, the staff sometimes begins preparing sandwiches “Mike’s Way” without first confirming with the customer, which is a concern that should be addressed.
Although I’ll continue to enjoy Jersey Mike’s at other locations, this experience has led me to decide that I won’t be returning to this specific store.

Been there a few times now and I appreciate how quickly the sandwich is made and that the staff is polite and friendly. Sandwiches made well. Haven’t been back to Subway, since Jersey Mike’s came to town. Don’t plan to either.

I wouldn’t recommend online ordering.
We ordered the steak subs mikes way and one with extra onions. We got cold meat on a soggy wet roll no onions no peppers . We were inside when they bagged it, so it’s not like it sat on the shelf. What a waste of $40. This place use to be great. I will not go again. Very disappointed.
