We went through the drive through and got two biggie bags. We’ve gotten biggie bags a million times. They told us our price which was twice what it should have been. The girl at the window was very nice, and she said the prices had increased. Well the order board was not updated. So I called to tell a manager that their order board was not updated for their price increases. Also, they charged me extra for something I had never been charged extra for before. Not only did she tell me that the board was updated, and I told her I was there a minute ago and it is not updated, and instead of saying thanks for letting me know or sorry we’ll have someone check it, or something, she argued with me about it. She also told me that the thing I got charged extra for has always been extra and that “you’ve always been charged extra”. It’s one thing to tell me that’s not something they can do going forward, but don’t tell me my experience. I finally said “don’t tell me my experience. I understand what you’re saying, and good to know for the future, but don’t tell me my experience. Also I called to tell you that your board is wrong so maybe go have someone check it because it is wrong, and wrong to get charged double what the price says. Also, based on this entire experience I will not be coming back to this location anymore.” Very disappointing. I’ve never had a problem with Wendy’s before. But this was ridiculous.

I will start with this. I have never been to a restaurant when an employee tells the cashier to stop taking orders so t can focus on Door Dash. You walk into a restaurant, or have been waiting in line and then are told they are not taking orders during operating hours. Failure by management. I’ve been to this location enough to give it an accurate review. It’s hit or miss. Food can be fast and good, or taste like they haven’t changed the frier in two days.

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order. As I was about to go inside, they told me they had locked the door. I said, “No problem.” They told me to go through the drive-thru. I went into the drive-thru, and there they told me to go back and wait in my car by the door, and that they would bring the order to me when it was ready. I waited for 5–10 minutes. When my order was ready, I got a notification. I went back to the drive-thru and said, “My order is ready, please give it to me.” But today, the girl at the window again told me to go and wait by the window. I am really not happy about this.

Came here for dinner with four kids under five and my sister. We were very graciously helped with waters for all of the kids and to go containers for their food so that we could reheat when they inevitably only ate partial meals.
I was also welcomed in by one of the gentleman who worked at Wendy’s and he also opened the door for me.

I ordered a bunch of meals and a couple single burgers and for some reason they packaged my shit up in the most ridiculous way so I ended up thinking I was giving my friend his to basic burgers but they were in fact 2 of my combo burgers that I paid extra for. Probably won’t return here for some time. Pretty idiotic way of packing my order

Around 1:45/2pm on a Saturday – they were very busy and seemingly short staffed a person or two, but the crew was doing a really great job. Clearly exhausted and slightly overwhelmed BUT making it happen nonetheless! Just wanted to shout them out for making the best of a situation outside of their control 🙂

First off, don’t expect your sandwich to look anything like the picture on the menu, especially the breakfast items. We order croissants of a couple varieties and they were about 3 inches in diameter and an inch thick (that included all the fixings of bacon, egg, cheese etc). The Baconator is a joke. Take the picture and drive over it with a car and you will have some semblance of the real thing.
Add insult to injury they rushed us through the drive-through, didn’t verify the order, handed us our food and turned away and after we pulled out onto the highway realized they shorted us a sandwich. Getting back to Wendy’s on a one way street took some time. We also got no receipt so they had to spend time looking up the order, they still gave no receipt and on both visits gave us no napkins.

Heather and Madelyn are amazing staff members at this Wendy’s location! When my mobile order malfunctioned, they saved the day and were so incredibly cheerful and happy to help. These are the kinds of people we need more of in the world!
