Them guys behind the counter are all over it. Even though the Gardner location does not show up on the order ahead app, the guys make up for it with their speedy service. Food is always hot and accurate and the dining room was clean and the chairs were organized. Don’t see that a lot these days.

Every time we come here the owner Dan and his team go above and beyond to make sure your food is exactly how you want it!! We have a great experience every time we come in!! Make sure you check your order. I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes because I am highly allergic to them. The receipt said no tomatoes. And yet when I got back to work to eat there were tomatoes on my sandwich. How hard is it to read? Is this not a common skill anymore? If I had not checked i would have wound up in the hospital with a very large bill or potentially even worse as I have a reaction that closes my throat and I can’t breathe.

I was really looking forward to getting Planet Sub. Upon arrival, there were 5 men sitting having lunch. There was no one at the counter. Waited about 3-4 minutes for someone to come to the front. My sandwich was great when I finally got it. However, the pickle I ordered and paid for was rotten. It took more than 20 minutes to get my sandwich. Another gentleman arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before he hit the hand bell to get someone attention. By this time, about 6 more men walked in and were waiting also.

Alright Ms. Owner. This is the actual person that was in the store puffin on that green vape. You were doing nothing the whole time but giving me dirty looks. You said “please don’t do that in the store” so I apologized and said I wouldn’t do it again. And then you proceeded to start yelling at me, and I wasn’t even inhaling the vape when you started yelling at me. You must live a depressing life, depressing enough to yell at children and threaten to call the cops because I was walking around the complex. Planet Sub isn’t the only place around there. I can walk away as I wish without you getting mad. What I do on public property, is absolutely none of your concern.
I’m welcome in that sorry excuse for a sandwich shop, any time I want ma’am, you cannot be there to tell me to get out every day, nor can you really control it. Your employees don’t care enough to hand the food out to customers when it’s done, they sure won’t care about a kid being there. Stay in your lane sandwich lady

Food is subpar, to put it mildly. I was overcharged by $2 because the 4” sub & soup of the day were rung in as separate items instead of the combo, so that had to be fixed. The food had a funny taste to it. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for my kid and I was given a cold sandwich- no toast on the bread or melted cheese. I go back to the counter, again, to have the cheese sandwich be an actual grilled cheese and the kid at the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. The snickerdoodle cookie tasted like a plan sugar cookie- no cinnamon or tangy flavor a snickerdoodle should have. I DO NOT recommend Planet Sub.
