Food was honestly mid, nothing memorable. Service was worse though. On our first visit, they gave us the bill while we were still eating and made us pay right away because they were about to close. Second visit wasn’t any better.. staff weren’t attentive at all, especially to the senior customers. We were trying to take a photo and a crew member was literally behind us but didn’t even offer to help. They also cleared our plates while we were still eating just because they looked empty.

Wouldn’t recommend. Manila Polo Club branch is still top tier, this one doesn’t even come close.

The positive: the maguro and salmon sashimi were fresh and nicely thick.

The negative: the hotate and uni had a fishy smell, the moriawase sashimi was swimming in melted ice.

Sulit na Teppanyaki sa Guiguinto Bulacan. I love it. Friendly staff and chef. So tender beef teppan! Sashimi and Tempura craving solved! Authentic Japanese cuisine. Lots of parking space.

Edit: we took the buffet style and not the a la carte. I’d understand friend feedbacks that they think it expensive when I saw the menu – comparing to other restaus. But if you eat in front of the chef, they will always cater to you. And I had my fill.

After a long drive today, my father, sister, and I decided to eat our dinner at this resto. We ordered 3 ramens and a few more items on their menu. They served our orders promptly but apparently, they forgot to punch/prepare my ramen. For the benefit of the doubt, we followed up several times. Finally, after my father and sister finished eating their ramens, guess what? My ramen came!

To our disappointment, not only that the order is very late but they served us uncooked noodles; as in matigas at dikit-dikit pa. Yes, we asked to speak with their manager. Sad to say, the manager just casually apologized and left without offering any complimentary food or any form of compensation.

Will definitely not recommend and will not go back to this resto.

Satisfying, good for those whose craving for japanese cuisine within Bulacan, it has a good ambiance and is well lit and ventilated. The food is うまい. It may be pricey but it does fill the stomach and satisfy the authenticity of Nihon cuisine

Finding this restaurant can be a bit tricky if you’re unfamiliar with the area, as it’s tucked inside an industrial complex. However, once you arrive, you’ll appreciate the ample parking space and the spacious surroundings.

Their buffet operates on a simple yet reasonable system: you get two hours to enjoy an eat-all-you-can feast. For ₱1,399, you can choose from 28 items, while the ₱1,999 option expands the selection to 45 dishes—both offering great value for quality Japanese food.

Now, onto the food! Their salmon sashimi is the highlight—it truly delivers that melt-in-your-mouth experience. The gyoza is generously sized, so pace yourself. The tempura is decent, while the beef teppanyaki is flavorful and well-cooked.

As for dessert, I suspect their ice cream is house-made, and it’s excellent. The black sesame flavor is my favorite, while the matcha and avocado are good but not outstanding. I haven’t tried the ube yet. The kani salad is also refreshing and a great palate cleanser.

Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit for the price. If you’re craving a solid Japanese buffet experience, this spot won’t disappoint!

Some tip though, you need to be extra pro-active to get the attention of the servers – they’re pretty busy so if you want your orders to get going, tap them!

Hope this helps!

OUR WEDDING WAS HELD HERE AND IT WAS A MASSIVE SUCCESS: IT’S WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY WE SPENT! WE WERE THEIR FIRST “BIG EVENT”, and THEY DID IT WITH FLYING COLORS….

When I first approached Mt. Fuji’s restaurant supervisor, Sir Allen Teodoro, I told him, “Sir, please wag nyo naman akong tanggihan kasi wala ako ibang gustong venue for my wedding.” And of course, they took on the challenge. We started negotiating and planning in July. They never got tired of my endless calls, emails, requests, queries, and suggestions. Every single time we went there to organize our big event, they would always welcome us with exemplary customer service and friendliness. They are always attentive and proactive. Their house rules and contract for our wedding are 100% accurate, no hidden charges, no hidden rules during the event. They asked me if aayusan pa daw ba ang resto, sabe ko, NO NEED– the lighting, interior, furniture, and wall arts are enough for our event to look amazing in photos and I was right. My fiancé at that time didn’t disagree with me even once– because he saw it when he came back to PH.

To Sir Allen and Sir Martin, thank you so much for being the most accommodating and supportive to us. You made us feel like your special friends, not just your plain clients/customers. FOOD WAS EXEMPLARY. Ang guests namin ulit ulit, na sasabog daw ata ang tyan nila sa kabusugan at sarap ng food, nag-enjoy talaga sila. Their wait staff are all attentive and hardworking (and good looking hahahaha)

Ngayon lang daw naka-attend mga guests ko ng kasal na walang nagutom, hindi nainitan (fully-airconed ang resto), at sosyal pa ang sharon. YES. They were able to take home all the dishes that they weren’t able to consume during our wedding.

I am personally extremely happy because, as the sole planner of our wedding (since my husband was overseas at that time), I felt very proud. I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING.

I highly recommend Mt. Fuji Japanese Restaurant for your intimate events. Parking pa lang. wala na irereklamo guests nyo. Food, superb. Staff, amazing. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Even their ice cream is gourmet level and everyone still talks about how amazing our wedding reception was.

To Mt. Fuji Resto’s Sir Allen, Sir Martin, Ma’am Arlene, Sensei (the head chef), Kitchen staff, and waitstaff…. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS. Until our next EVENTS!

The lively chatter from surrounding tables, while creating a vibrant energy, made it difficult to fully savor the restaurant’s intended atmosphere. The loud atmosphere unfortunately detracted from the enjoyment of the authentic Japanese cuisine and dining experience. In traditional Japanese dining, maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere is highly valued, which unfortunately wasn’t the case during my visit.

* Disappointed with serving sizes and price increases: My family revisited Mt. Fuji Restaurant after a positive experience 2 years ago, but left disappointed this time. While the staff was attentive, the serving sizes of several dishes (salmon sashimi, maguro tataki, salmon salad, cold noodles) were significantly smaller despite price increases. This made the meal feel overpriced, especially since some dishes lacked protein or vegetables.
* Positive points: The chicken katsu curry and okonomiyaki were decent.
* Overall experience: Compared to our previous visit, the serving sizes and value for money fell short. We ended up unsatisfied and unlikely to return.

We chanced upon this hidden gem tucked away in Bulacan. There’s not a lot of authentic Japanese restaurants in the area so I was delighted to find one. Ambiance is lovely. However, it is a pricey fare. Noted that all ingredients are high quality, i would say it’s well worth the price and I see myself coming back to try their other offers
