Another delicious adventure for your taste buds.. As always, Chef Nick never disappoints. The food is fantastic and The Edge is a great venue. Homewood is definitely lucky to have an opportunity to support multiple local businesses all in one spot!

Was interested in trying their “Dino bone” so I went there on Monday and they were closed a little early. The schedule said that they closed at 8 and I was there around 5:45. Maybe that was my sign not to go back.The next day I tried again by placing an order online and the Dino bone wasn’t available so I settled with brisket nachos and the brisket cheddar sandwich… it wasn’t that good to me. Never get the mac and cheese! It was absolutely horrible you’ve been warned! $30 definitely not worth it what a waste. Maybe their other food is good but what I ordered wasn’t.

Porky’s has done it big in this lil spot. The Edge is a cool spot and this place fits right in. They have some really cool BBQ eats in ways I promise you probably haven’t seen before. They figure out a way to change things up without doing it.

I’m not often impressed by restaurants, but this is the best thing I’ve eaten in a long time. Asian pork belly tacos and brussel sprout kimchi. My mind is blown by how good and creative this food is.

Having eaten twice at Que*Bicle for lunch, I’m glad to give 5 stars to this local spot for high-quality BBQ, plenty of options to keep things interesting, and definite consistency. Both the brisket sandwich and Asian pork tacos were excellent, though the pork tacos truly shined. Looking forward to trying some more of the menu and specials soon!

Everything chef Nick touches is food gold. I would highly recommend anything on the menu. I’ve had the Asian tacos and crunch wrap, but I know nothing on the menu would disappoint!!
