Stopped in for a quick sandwich and to have a great experience like the Jersey Mikes locations, but not this one.
Apparently, listening skills is not the greatest quality at this current shop and to include sitting on top of appliances in the back of the store while customers can see, what a great representation of Jersey Mike’s and popular food establishment.
The only positive note that came out of here was the manager was kind enough to refund my purchase.

We have been coming to the Jersey Mike’s since moving to the area about 4 years ago with no complaints. I greatly appreciate the ability to get a gluten-free sandwich! However, the past few times we have found that it just seems a little bit dirty and run down.

My first time here today with my mom for lunch. IT WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. I got the “Big Kahuna Cheese Steak” w/ chipotle mayo. They prepare your food fresh and fast. The staff is also super awesome and friendly. I will definitely return and spread the word! I mean what more could you ask for with food like this? Good customer service goes a long way. Keep up the good work guys!

Might be my new go-to sandwich place. After a horrific Subway experience when they forgot to cook my bacon, I was told that Jersey Mike’s does bacon right. Well, they sure do! I got the club and the bacon was crispy and delicious.
I took one star off because they forgot my cookies in my DoorDash pickup order (I had to ask for them after I noticed they were missing) and because they don’t have as varied a selection as a place like WhichWich.
